I'm not sure what "sheerness" means in the context of a shoe horn, so I didn't give it a rating. However, this is the shoe to buy when it comes to durability, ease of use, and any other factor you can think of. If you can bend this, you should think about becoming a circus strongman. This is a heavy-duty piece of highly polished, nicely shaped, smooth metal that would be a great personal protection device if you were attacked. br>br> It has a nice loop on the top end that can be used to hang it from a hook or nail. I'm 6' 2" and I'm able to use it with just a slight bend in my knees - I do have longer arms, so that might help as well. This shoe horn makes putting on my shoes a LOT easier (especially when I'm wearing them for the first time). (Tied, elastic laces assist) without injuring my Achilles tendon, which was not the case previously. br>br>My only criticism is that I wish I had purchased it much sooner, but that is entirely my fault; it is an excellent shoe horn - You will be pleased with it if you buy it.
I also have a bad back, so bending over to put my shoes on can be difficult at times, so I decided to get this one, which solved both of my problems right away. This is exceptionally well-made and will not bend or break for the rest of your life. This is something I would strongly recommend to anyone who has trouble putting their shoes on.
Exceptionally well-made. I had surgery a while ago, so bending down to tie my shoes is no longer an option. br>Instead, I use this very strong shoehorn to get my feet into PRETIED shoes. br>br>I have a beautiful real Steers shoehorn, but I'd destroy it if I used too much force on it, so I bought this solid aluminum unit.
100% strong 💪 and the 17” reach as well as well as well as well as well as well as well as well as You will not be disappointed. br>br>.
I'm a big fan of the design. Aluminum, not stainless steel, is used to make this shoehorn. But that isn't why I gave it such a low rating. The spoon portion of the first one I got was completely mashed and useless. It was also so scratched up that it could not be described as "polished. " These two issues alone indicate that there is no such thing as non-discrimination. Quality control is already in place. I was unable to obtain a refund, so I had no choice but to obtain a replacement. The replacement was better, but not great, as the rough edges are still visible. Again, poor quality control can be seen in the ragged edge of the spoon. You can feel the seam around the handle because it wasn't smooth. Scratches all over the place once more! I'm too scared to try a third time, so I'll clean up the flaws with my Dremel tool. If you are fortunate enough to obtain a good one, I am confident that you will be pleased with it. You, on the other hand, will be extremely fortunate. I recommend that you try a different brand because I discovered that the same style of shoehorn is available from others. Best wishes to you.
BUT NOT AT THIS TIME! This "shoehorn's" handle (which I despise calling it: It's a "WORK OF ART") is long enough and sturdy enough to allow me to easily slip into my sneakers. It's also incredibly stylish. It was well worth the money. The best of both worlds: functionality and style! It motivates me to seek out opportunities to put it to use. I'm going to have to get another pair of the same shoes!.
However, this is wonderful! My 18-year-old son received one of these as a Christmas present. With his size 15 feet, he's bent several of MY shoehorns over the years, so I've made fun of him. This was his favorite gift, so I bought it for him. br>br>Both my wife and I are engineers, and my son aspires to be one. We all agree that this is the most over-rated profession. We've recently seen a well-engineered device. It's unlikely that a truck would bend it if it were run over. It's also a work of art, polished, curvy, and 'form-fitting. ' follows- function. 'br>br>Not for the faint of heart, but not for the faint of heart. Unless it's stolen, this is the last shoehorn you'll ever buy.
Because there is no awkward bending required, the 17-inch length is ideal for sitting. It allows you to sit upright while easily gliding your feet into your shoes. This shoehorn can't be broken. When you use it, it will never bend or break. If you're thinking of giving it as a present, it came in a nice box.
It's ideal for people like me who have difficulty adjusting to new situations.
