This bowling shoe brush is a low-cost solution to a common issue among bowlers. The brush's stiff bristles rake across the soft slide pad, creating more or less friction depending on how you brush it, resulting in too much or too little slide. br>br>I've been using this brush for a few weeks and haven't noticed any bristle loss. It appears to be made of durable plastic and appears to be quite sturdy. With frequent use, I believe it will hold up well.
To make good shots, you must be consistent. This is what I use now before each league session or if something gets caught on my slide foot. Because I don't want to wear out the shoe, I don't apply a lot of pressure. So far, it appears to be working. This is another one of those items that you only need if you really need it. I'm hoping I won't need another one in the future. I don't think it'll last long before I need to replace my shoes.
I went out and purchased some new bowling shoes. The heels would not budge in any way. I haven't bowled in over a decade and haven't picked up on all of the nuances of maintaining my equipment. I purchased this after discovering that wire brushes are used to keep bowling shoes from sliding. After only 30 seconds of brushing, my new shoes are gliding like butter. This is a must-have item for your bag.
Omg. The brush's sturdiness and thickness bring the value to life. br>br>They advised me to say that. br>It's a wire brush that I use for bowling shoes, and it's exactly what it says. it works.
After reading the numerous reviews, I was fairly certain that this would be an adequate shoe brush for my bowling shoes. When I first open the package, I notice scratches on one of the brush's corners, as well as frayed metal bristles. This has clearly seen some use and will most likely be returned, and I will be returning. I could have gotten a better deal at Harbor Freight for less money.
This is a great little brush to have around. Does exactly what it says on the tin. My grandson has put it on his bowling shoes several times. It makes his slide appear to be exactly where he wants it to be. He had loaned it to one of the adult league bowlers who had gotten a wad of gum stuck in her bowling shoe a few days before. She was able to wipe away the majority of it with a napkin, but the remaining residue was proving difficult to remove. She was overjoyed when I told her my grandson owns a brush. Cleaning her shoe took her a few minutes. You can be sure that when it wears out, I will replace it. I'm going to do it as soon as possible. I don't want to take the chance of it being unavailable when this one expires.
As expected, it functions properly. For the bowling bag, this is a must-have. It appears to be identical to every other brush I've seen, save for the brand label. What a strange coincidence!.
I like how compact it is. In my bag, it's a perfect fit. It fulfills the purpose for which I purchased it- sanitizes the bottoms of my shoes I've had it for a few months and have not had any problems with it.
