The size of the joggers depends on what kind of fit he's looking for I always go one size up when I buy joggers because I like them loose. I bought a size large because I usually buy large when I buy joggers from Nike or Jordan.
Although I don't know the actual length of the inseam, I do know that they run smaller than other joggers so if you are a large, I would get an extra large as it is more comfortable.

I looked at several reviews before ordering, suggesting that people ordered a size larger and the pants still fit tight. The size I ordered is a little too large, and they fit snugly.
