There were signs of wear on the item

This was a gift that I had purchased. The first time I glanced at it, I noticed no tags. Then, when I went to prepare it for the affair, it was found to be untagged. A semblance of wear was evident in this item. The return period for this item has ended. It was a very disappointing experience for me.
