I usually wear a small, but I went with a medium because I wanted it to cover my legs and arms more. It is a perfect fit! The bottom of the dress hits just above my ankles, and the sleeves hit just above my wrists. On me, the medium makes the garment roomy, and the extra fabric just flows and feels good. The lace is extremely delicate, and the tie that comes with it is cheap, which are the only drawbacks for me. It's only a piece of ribbon, after all. I was aware of this when I purchased it, but I hoped for the best. In any case, nothing was unexpected. This is a robe that I would strongly suggest.
I don't mind if it takes a little longer than expected because it's supposed to be long. It clings to my ankles but never touches the ground. The ribbon that comes with it to tie it closed is the only thing I don't like about it. abysmal quality I intend to simply cut the loops off the robe's sides. If you really want to be able to tie it closed, you could always replace it with ribbon from a hobby store.

The lace is beautiful, and the fit is perfect; the only flaw was the rope used to tie it closed; it looked like that cheap plastic ribbon your grandmother uses on her trinkets. It came up to my ankles, slightly over the tops of my feet, and the sleeves went to the middle of my forearm, which was exactly what I was looking for. The bow is the only drawback. It's made of cheap materials, but if you're an optimist, you can just grab another robe tie and it'll do the trick. It also looks great without a tie.
