I had the same result as almost everyone else who bought this dress- the bottom half of the dress fit correctly, but the top portion did not. I inquired about returning the dress, but the seller was not interested in doing so. It was awesome that the seller gave me the choice of keeping the dress, measuring my daughter and sending me another one that would fit. I just took the 30 dollar hit so I wouldn't have to send a dress my daughter wouldn't wear anyway. She said it was too low cut for her in the end, so I just took the 30 dollar hit. I would have known the dress is a quality item if I had read the reviews before purchasing it. To be fair, the customer service was excellent. However, this poor review has nothing to do with the customer service, and as a result, the dress did not meet expectations. As I said, I did see the message to use their sizing chart, but the chart was still off. Hopefully someone will find this helpful.
Since you don't always know what you're going to get and how it will fit, I was a bit worried. To try on this outfit was a very nerve-racking experience for me. It is very nice. The dress fitted just right, and the quality of the material was excellent. My heart just skips a beat when I see it! In addition to the petticote, I bought it, but it looks good without it as well. This was a seller I ended up buying four dresses from. initially bought only one (the Black#6), but I bought three more after falling in love with it. The weight of my body is 138 pounds and I am 5'3" tall The sizes I got for all of them are mediums, and they fit very comfortably. When I held the first one in my hands, I thought the material was flimsy. I wasn't sure about it at first, but after I put it on, I thought it looked and felt beautiful! In order to let the dress flare out a bit more (I think it looks cuter that way), I got a bunch of petticoats (one example pictured).
