The only thing I are allergic to is synthetic materials such as polyester. If there is one honest product that is 100 percent cotton, this is it. The first time I slept with it on my head was during a cold night and any other time since then since otherwise my head would not heat up An item made with cotton would cause me to scratch myself and itch There is no such thing as a hole in this beanie.
