It is a bit snug on my husband's head, which is 7 1/2 inches tall. By placing the inflated balloon in the cap for a few days, you'll be able to stretch it a bit.

Hats like this are my favorite. During cold weather, the hat is very comfortable and keeps the head warm. I am interested in buying additional ones for one of my veteran friends.
