Hi Stacy. Yes, the Indiglo backlight is present on this Timex watch.
This is the most common method of indicating water resistance. It claims that the watch can withstand pressures equivalent to 30 meters of water - Water that is perfectly still, as well as a watch that is perfectly still. When you move the watch around, the pressure rises dramatically. You should aim for a minimum of 10ATM (100M) water resistance so that you can confidently swim in it. It could be fine at 30M, but it could also be problematic.
The Black watch has a Red second hand, which I purchased.

I decided to get my mother a new Timex watch after she lost her old one. I was looking for something larger than a typical women's watch because she complained that the one she had before was difficult to read due to its small size, and she also didn't like the ones with leather straps because she gets her hands wet while cooking, and we all know that water and leather don't mix. Knowing all of this, I knew I needed to get her a nylon strap because she liked the one on my Timex watch. Aside from that, the nylon strap is lighter than a metal one and more durable than a rubber one. Above all, I was looking for a backlight as the most important feature. Timex is well-known for its Indiglo light (as seen in the photos), and in my opinion, it is one of the best brands available. I had intended to purchase a digital watch, but she preferred analog watches. Fortunately, I purchased this watch when it was on sale for $22, which was a great deal considering all of the features. She immediately put it to use when it arrived. She initially complained about how bulky it was, but she now finds it easy to read. br>br>The watch measures 38mm in diameter by 9mm in thickness, with a 26cm (10 3/6") strap. If anyone is curious about the width of the band and wants to change the strap, it is 20 mm wide. On the other hand, the well-known "tic-tac-toe" sound can be heard. If you put your ear close to the watch, you'll hear a "tic," though it's not very loud. The instructions are also included. br>br> It is good for someone who wants to take a look at it, despite the fact that it is very easy to use and the watch does not have a lot of features. The only disadvantage is that this watch does not have a date, which is something that is always useful. Overall, it's a fantastic value for the features and quality it provides.
I bought this watch because it was the first result when I googled "cheap watches. " br>I didn't have high hopes- I was about to start a job that required a lot of time outside, and I needed a reliable way to tell time. I didn't have the money for something nicer and more suited for the outdoors yet, so I figured this would get me through until my first paycheck. I didn't treat the watch with any care because I had brought it with the intention of replacing it, and I went about my daily business as usual. Surprisingly, my first paycheck arrived (and then vanished), but the watch remained intact. I figured, hey, it's probably going to break soon anyway, so I might as well take advantage of it while I can. This dreadful ordeal lasted nearly two years. I had no idea how it had stood up to everything I had thrown at it- temperature extremes (sub-zero) exploding bags of chili, showers, pools, unexpected barn animal fluids, mud, snow, accidentally dropping it out of a moving car, throwing it off a cliff (for fun), and the never-ending dirt and dust-br>- My initials are carved into the back of the face, the band is faded and slightly smells of french fries, and there's a huge scrape on the edge where I nearly died while rock climbing- However, the face continues to light up and the hands continue to tell time. br>Upon returning to the page, it appears that the price has increased slightly. But I got more than my money's worth, and it hasn't broken yet. If all you want is a watch with no bells and whistles, this is the watch for you. This is dedicated to you.
It cost $24 to buy the watch. 97,br>br>When I purchased this watch, I was unsure of its quality and whether it was genuine. br>After placing my order, the watch was sent and received promptly, and in a well-protected order box. br>br>When I first got the watch, I couldn't wait to put it on my wrist. I got my watch, tada, tada, tada, br>br>It's a simple but elegant watch with hourly numbers on the face and military time (13, 14, 15, etc. ) beneath it. The second hand is long and well defined, so I don't have to squint to see it as it ticks. The band is fantastic, and I have no problems with it bothering me in any way. When I washed the dishes and took it in the shower with me, I purposefully extended the time it was in the water. The band dried out quickly, indicating that there was no issue with the watch or the band. What is the temperature of the human body? I'm not sure)br>br>I can hear the seconds ticking away, Tic Tic Tic. I was initially concerned, believing it to be a craftsman issue, but now I only hear it when I specifically listen for it. br>br>I put it on both wrists to see if the weight or clinking on things bothered me since I hadn't worn a watch since Basic Training. I had no problems and grew accustomed to it quickly. br>br>I now check my watch for the time more often than I check my phone or the task bar clock. br>Thank you, Timex, for assisting me in obtaining a watch that I am proud to wear on my wrist.
