Questions & Answers

Up to 200 meters of water resistance: Surface water sports are fine, but scuba diving isn't? What does it mean to be "pro-"? If it's good to 600 feet, why isn't a diver's watch suitable for scuba?

The watch's depth limit may be safe for scuba diving, but that doesn't make it dive-worthy. Scuba diving watches have very specific dials for timing and depth, among other things, which this watch lacks, rendering it unsuitable for diving. On the other hand, I would never trust a watch that isn't a genuine scuba diving watch for anything below or even far above the surface. To put it another way, if you want it to last, don't wear it near water or at high altitudes where you might sweat.

If I purchase this watch and the bezel is scratched, will the Invicta Shop replace it? Please accept my apologies for my poor command of the English language. ?

Yes, but only at a reduced cost.

What's the best way to get the clasp to open?

You can open clasp invicta pro diver in your tube and take a look. A few videos are available.

Is it possible to ship to the Borderlinx Suite? Please let me know what the package's dimensions are and how much it weighs. ?

664 inches long and weighing 2 pounds

Scam of the Warranty
3/5

Poor quality, as well as a refusal to honor a warranty claim. While on deployment with the US Navy, the watch's crown came out while adjusting the time, and the watch was worn 5 or 6 times during the first 3 months of ownership. Because I couldn't wear it with my uniform, I only wore it five or six times during port visits. To get a work order to send in, you must pay $29 in advance. I paid and sent it in; it comes with a three-year warranty that clearly states that the crown is covered. They sent me a bill for $184 to fix the problem. I responded to the email by stating that the problem was due to a warranty issue. They then sent me a $98 invoice without responding to my email. I then called and had to wait an hour for a callback from a sales representative who would not even listen to me. She kept repeating that the crown is only covered if it is unscrewed. This is something that the warranty does not mention. After she continued to speak over me, I requested a supervisor. I was forwarded to Sage Cederickson, who tried to explain that what I had was the old warranty and that the new warranty does not cover the crown (I assume they were aware of the defect in the watch but didn't want to cover it). I told him that they had to follow the warranty that came with the watch, regardless of what the new warranty said. Because it's attached to the gears, which is where it pulled out from, I advised that the Crown/stem was covered by the warranty's wording under the movement. It can also be found under the hands section, which it regulates. Sage then began reading from "His copy of a warranty" about a limited warranty that did not cover accidental damage. I went back over the warranty with him and informed him that those words did not appear anywhere in the English version of the warranty book that came with the watch. But even if it wasn't an accident, it broke while performing its normal function of adjusting the time to a new port time zone. Sage then proceeded to inform me that the invoice was now $60, not $184 or $98, as previously stated. Now, a reminder that I had already paid $29 for "shipping" in order to obtain a work ticket number so that I could return it for the warranty claim. Let's start with the fact that I only paid $73 for the watch when it was brand new. To repair a warranty claim on a $73 watch, they would now get at least $102. To recap, they wanted to fix a warranty issue on a $73 watch for $29 plus the first invoice of $184, for a total of $213. I'm curious as to how many people simply pay the first invoice they receive. When I continued to express my dissatisfaction, he proceeded to tell me angrily that they would simply send it back unrepaired. I told him I needed to speak with his boss at that point. I asked if he was the CEO because he claimed there was no one above him. When he said no, I told him that he had people watching him. Sage then said you didn't even send in the Crown piece with the watch, so I said I'd take care of it with the corporate office. That's when I said, "Oh hell no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no I told him I taped it to the watch, but he said no, that it wasn't in the box. I explained that it was tape to keep the watch from falling out. They say not to send it in the original packaging or with any booklets, so it was wrapped in bubble wrap. The box was then sealed with first shipping tape, priority mail tape, and shipped insured, which they had to sign for as the box was not damaged. I told him that he should talk to the women who had it before him because he kept insisting that I hadn't sent it in. He must have found it because he dropped the claim that I hadn't submitted it. At this point, I did a couple of quick internet searches and discovered that they have a number of lawsuits pending against them for service prices and warranty issues, including one class action, indicating that the back and forth I was receiving was not an isolated incident. After that, I received a call from Utah from a man who identified himself as "Bailey," who informed me that it would now cost $40, not $184, $98, or $60. For the repair, I'm still not sure how many people would have just paid the $184 $29 due at the first invoice, so I asked Bailey if he was Sage's supervisor, and he said he was, so I told him about my experience so far, and he said he was, so I told him I still stand by the warranty being covered under the warranty as stated clearly in the warranty. I stated that at some point, principle had to take precedence, and that I would not be paying another dime to Invicta or International Watch, and that I would investigate the class action lawsuit or my own cause of action against them. I was told that my watch would not be repaired, so I'm on a mission to educate others about the warranty. I can't think of a better term than scam to describe what I went through. Second, regardless of whether it was the "old" one or not, I will continue to seek repair under the warranty stated to be covered.

high standard of excellence I'm going to buy a few more
5/5

The best of the best! ,First and foremost, these are not low-cost watches, but rather high-end pieces. I'll be purchasing more, possibly several, at this price, and would recommend it. You will not be dissatisfied if you choose this option. This is a substantial piece of equipment. To fit properly, you may need to remove a link on each side, but it only takes about 5 minutes and there are YouTube videos to guide you through the process. I've owned many watches, including Rolex, Citizen, and others, but none have received the same level of praise as this one.

Scuba Watch at a Great Price
5/5

I'm probably one of the few people who bought it for the purpose it was designed for- Scuba diving is a sport that involves diving underwater. Although diving computers are common, I was looking for:
- An old-school scuba look that won't break the bank if it gets misplaced or damaged; -br>no remorse A reliable timepiece that can be read even when submerged;
- A non-digital watch with a stylish design. br>br>This watch has a large dial that allows for accurate depth reading. It has a water resistance rating of 200 meters. 650 feet is the approximate altitude. I'll have more problems than risking an inexpensive timepiece if I ever get close to that depth.
- Because this watch is so large, you'll need to have the band resized unless you're a beast.
- I usually wear an Apple Watch, but this meets all of my requirements. It's not fun to lose a valuable timepiece while boating.
- When you Google Invicta, you'll find a mix of opinions. However, this is a useful item that, in my opinion, meets my requirements.

I'm wearing a happy face
5/5

This is fantastic! Exactly as stated in the description On time, nicely packaged, and flawless right out of the box. The bezel and dial face are a beautiful green color, and the body and bracelet are a rich gold color. The first of nine Invicta watches I've bought came with three additional links. With mostly my finger tips, I was able to quickly add two to the bracelet. Wah- Lah ! It's been described as "large" and "heavy" by some. For some, it certainly is. I'm not bothered by the weight, and anything less than 45mm looks like a lady's watch to me, given the size of my forearm and hands. If I didn't have all those other Invictas, I could wear it every day if I worked inside.

Invicta Reloj (Invicta Reloj) It was for a gift, and the box appeared to have been strewn across the floor; if it had been rehusad, it would have been a few centimeters shorter

The watch is large and of excellent quality
5/5

I adore this chunky watch; it makes you feel powerful when you wear it! Fit and finish are excellent, and the case is well-made with plastic peels that protect easily scratchable areas. br>br>The band should be sized by a professional, but if you're careful, you can do it yourself with a hammer and a small pin. It's simple to clean, and I like how light it is; however, that may not be to everyone's taste. If the pictures don't give it away, this is a large watch. If you're a big guy with a lot of forearms, this watch will look great on you; if you're skinny, forget it unless you're trying to look like Soulja Boy.
