How Our Score Is Calculated

Product Description

EASY SWAP: Changing color combinations is as simple as removing spring bars. Replace in seconds for a fresh look on a daily basis!
CHOOSE THE RIGHT WIDTH: 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, and 24mm widths are available to fit a wide range of watch models. Measure the width of the lugs or the width of the current band at the point where it attaches with a metric ruler to determine the proper width for your watch. If your watch's lug width is unusual (19mm, 21mm, or 23mm), we recommend ordering a strap that is 1mm larger than the measurement. Because the material is soft, it should fit comfortably.
CHOICE OF LENGTH: The 'Standard' length (available in 18mm, 20mm, and 22mm widths) is approximately 10-inches long and fits wrists with circumferences ranging from 5" to 7 1/2". The 'Long' version (available in 20mm, 22mm, and 24mm widths) is 11 inches long and fits wrists ranging from 6 to 8 1/2 inches. The 'Long' version is typically preferred by those with larger wrists (over 7 1/4"). The shape of the watch has an effect on the fit.
THE PERFECT BALLISTIC NYLON: Lightweight and breathable while still being extremely durable. Barton bands are typically softer than other nylon watch bands, but they have a tighter weave that makes them just as durable as or more durable than other nylon watch bands.
LASER CUT, ULTRASONICALLY WELDED, WATERPROOF, and WASHABLE: Laser cut to prevent fraying; Ultrasonic welding fuses two pieces of nylon into one homogeneous piece, resulting in a stronger bond and a cleaner appearance than stitching.

Questions & Answers

What is the maximum band size that the Pebble watch can accommodate?

The standard band size, or 22mm, is used on the first Pebble watch. This appears to be the case for all Pebbles up to and including the most recent release (as of 5/5/2016).

The width of my current watch band is 19 millimeters. Is a 20mm too big for a 05 mm?

Hi Elaine, for watches that measure in between widths, we usually recommend going with the wider band, so the 20mm should fit just fine; if you're not happy with the fit, you can always exchange for an 18mm or get your money back.

Hi - How long has the band been together?

The 'Standard' length (which comes in widths of 18mm, 20mm, and 22mm) is about 10-inches long. inches long and fits wrists with circumferences ranging from 5" to 7 1/2" The 'Long' version (available in widths of 20mm, 22mm, and 24mm) is 11-inches long. The bracelet is 6" to 8 1/2" in length and fits wrists from 6" to 8 1/2" in circumference. The 'Long' version is typically preferred by those with larger wrists (over 7 1/4"). The shape of the watch has an effect on the fit. If you have a problem with the fit, we will refund your money in full. Thank you very much for your inquiry.

Is there a set of pins included in this band?

There are no spring bars in our NATO bands. They are available on Amazon as separate items.

WARNING: There is still only one spring bar in total- liability for loss! The NATO-led military alliance's entire goal is to protect the world's most vulnerable people

In the event of a single spring bar failure, the style strap will keep the watch intact. What did I find when I got this product? br>br>What did I find when I got this product? In the buckle, there is only one spring bar. Failure to do so will result in the watch and strap falling off your wrist; in fact, another one- That happened to a star reviewer (see "Needs better QC in product" below), and his crystal was shattered. This single spring bar is flimsy and lightly sprung, and it slides into the buckle loosely. Each of the genuine NATO straps has a solid one-piece construction. casting of a buckle piece The buckle tongue is bent around the shank of the buckle rather than being pinned with a spring bar. The strap is then folded, seam-side down, around the assembly. For added strength, the seams are welded and stitched. br>br>The tiny hole in the buckle casting into which the spring bar engages can be seen in the photo. It was designed in this manner to make assembly easier and faster for Barton. They can buy tongues that have already been cut. curled and then have a low-key look They are pinned into the buckles by paid workerbees. Rather than purchasing a more advanced machine to bend the tongues around one another, Shanks with a piece buckle They are aware that this type of buckle assembly is prone to failure, but they are unconcerned about it. It's not about your pricey wristwatch, it's about the profit margin. That's something I wish I'd noticed sooner. br>br>This is a low-cost knock-off. off, both in terms of hardware and strap construction, cutting corners. Fraying of edges and elongation of tongue holes are mentioned in a few other posts. Bottom line: It has the potential to cause you to lose your valuable wristwatch. I don't think it's worth returning for a refund, so I'm going to write this off as a loss. If you took the time to read this review, you should be aware of the following: a good job Good luck if you don't know what you're doing.

I'm not familiar with NATO watch bands, but I've heard good things about Barton
4/5

I'm new to NATO watch bands and had heard good things about Barton, but I wouldn't have bought this strap if I'd known what I know now. The lack of stitching was the first thing I noticed when I received it. They claim to use "ultrasonic" bonding or something in the item description, but I'm not sure how much of that I believe. There are other brands that sell similar straps, and the photos almost look identical, so I wouldn't be surprised if these are simply rebranded versions of those, with the "ultrasonic" part added for marketing purposes. I tried pulling on one of the seams because I was too curious for my own good, and it separated a little. This didn't do much to boost my self-assurance. I'll stitch it myself, so it's not a huge loss, but there are a lot of great stitched straps on Amazon. Second, while I thought the nylon keeper loop was a fun alternative to the standard metal keepers found on most straps, I don't like it in practice. Looping the excess through the loop isn't any more convenient than folding it through a metal keeper, and it appears to put undue strain on a loop that isn't stitched in. I'm concerned that it will eventually stretch out and lose its shape. Maybe I'm being overly concerned about the stitching, and this thing could easily last years, but when compared to other types I've used, that's how I feel. On the plus side, the gray appears to be a close match to the image, the metal hardware appears to be of good quality, and the holes appear to have been heat treated to prevent fraying.

Install is a little tricky, but it's well made, and you can't go wrong if you find a color you like (with the exception of smartwatches)
5/5

It's a one-of-a-kind band because it slides under the watch and through the spring bars. I had to try several times before I figured out how to attach the band to the watch. My wrists are thin, so I bought the standard size. It stated that the excess strap could be folded down, but I didn't have enough excess strap to do so. It's possible that I did something wrong when I installed it. TIP: If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "innovative" and "paraphrase. " You'll need to unfold the entire strap if I did it correctly. It comes folded under a metal bar, which you must remove in order for it to stretch as far as possible. br>br>Things to think about: (1) *IMPORTANT* If you use this band on a smartwatch, it will most likely interfere with wireless charging because the back of the watch will be covered. I was able to loosen the band enough on my Gear S2 to place it on the charger; the band wraps around the back of the charger (as seen in the photo). (2) Spring bars are required, but they are not included. (3) It will cover the heart rate sensor on the back of a smart watch. br>Fortunately, one of my other bands had ones that could be separated from the band. I was unconcerned about it. It appeals to me. br>br> Definitely of high caliber. I'm guessing it's waterproof as well. My Samsung Gear S2 now has a new look. Because everyone has different tastes in terms of appearances, I'm focusing on the practical aspects of this review (above). I can't say if you'll like the look or not.

This is an excellent strap
5/5

This belt is extremely comfortable to wear - Although it is light, it has a strong feel to it. It also breathes better than leather or silicone. The color is lovely (it doesn't show up well in the photo, but it's an off white with a navy blue stripe; it appears black in the photo, but it's much bluer and much nicer). It's a great summertime color, in my opinion - It has a nautical feel to it. The strap's durability is unquestionable in my opinion. It will, in my opinion, last longer and show less wear than a leather strap. My only concern is that the light color will become dirty over time. The hardware is excellent, and the variety of hole sizes is enormous - I have a problem with this because my wrists are small, but there is plenty of room on both sides. The strap tail that hung past the hook was a little long, but you just tucked it back under and you're good to go. br>br>It was also very well packaged. Removing the spring bar and the old strap, then reinstalling the spring bar without a strap, was the most difficult part of the installation - Without a strap, it's a little difficult to hold the thing and get it in. I'll probably buy more straps from these guys, though I wish there were more colors to choose from.
