Yes- It took a few days to break in (a day or two), but they now slip on and off with relative ease. With khakis and a blazer, they're perfect for flying and traveling while still looking classy. It's an excellent investment.
Yes, they are comfortable even when worn without socks. I've worn them without socks for short periods of time, but without a cloth to absorb moisture, the memory foam can become a little "humid."

For me, it was. I am a size ten. Depending on the shoe, anywhere from 5 to 11 is a good number. The Skecher 5 was a perfect fit for me. The fit should be just right, not too tight or too loose. Of course, because I only bought one pair, I can't speak to the consistency of their production process. It's possible, as it is with many manufacturers, that another ten will be added. It's possible that five pairs of the same shoe will fit differently. Get one, return it if it doesn't fit, and order a different size.

It was much smaller than I had anticipated. After purchasing a pair of "relaxed fit" Skechers locally (link below), I decided to order these. This "relaxed fit" style is too tight and visibly shorter in the same size, but I like the style and color, so I'll try a size larger next time. br>br>Size differences are shown in the images. This is the second time I've purchased a pair of these fantastic loafers. Normally, I'm a 10 on a scale of one to ten. 5; however, size 11 is the best fit for me. br>OUT OF THE BOX, THEY ARE COMFORTABLE! These were worn on a trip to Greece as well as a trip to Italy - My feet have been saved! br>They have good arch support, can withstand a lot of walking, and have a good grip on any surface. They are SMALL, BREATHE WELL, AND ARE HIGHLY DURABLE. My old pair is still in perfect condition - They've served us well, but it's time to retire them from active duty. They'll now be used on weekends and around the yard. br>My new pair will be shipped to France in a week, and I'm wearing them now to give them a little break in time, but trust me, that's not necessary for these fantastic shoes. If you can find them for less than $45 shipped, you should grab them.
They are, without a doubt, the most effective house-cleaning service. I've never owned a pair of shoes that are so comfortable to kick back in. They're light, comfortable, and appear to be well-made. Unfortunately, one of the shoes became soiled, and I decided to clean it. The instructions state that it should be machine washed, but that it should be air dried in the sun. That was done by me. They began to stink after about 5 days of being washed - badly. I figured I hadn't dried them thoroughly, so I washed them again and dried them in the sun for the entire day, then again the next day. I threw them away after two days because they smelled so bad. It's a testament to how much I like the shoes that I'll replace them with the EXACT SAME SHOE in less than 6 months. I adore them, and I'll continue to adore them even when they're filthy, because they don't do well in the washing machine, despite the instructions.
They're incredibly light, and the more you wear them, the more comfortable they become. I've gotten a lot of positive feedback on them, and they look great in any casual setting. I have the gray ones and will be getting the tan ones next. They are easy to put on and have a bit of extra width, which is a plus. I don't bother to put on my tennis shoes when I go for my evening neighborhood walk. These are fantastic shoes.
Many skeckher shoes have been purchased (or accepted) by me. THERE IS NO STRUCTURE IN ANY OF THEM. This pair was purchased because they "appeared" to be slightly more shoe-like in terms of support. Instead, it's the same as the rest - Way too big, no arch or heel support, and it will fall apart in six months. I'm kicking myself for not buying another pair of their "shoes" at this point. In the future, I'll look into other brands and shop in stores to ensure that I have enough structure. Now I just toss them out and put on my keen sandals, which provide a lot more support. They're not the "slipper" type of shoe I'm looking for, but they're FAR BETTER THAN SKECHERS.

It was exactly as shown in the picture. It's very relaxing. As expected, it looked great with jeans. br>br>I'm not sure when I bought it, but it was more than a year ago. I wore it almost every day for several hours at a time, and it held up beautifully. My left shoe's sole is detaching from the top, and I'm not sure what glue they're using. They're also the shoes I wear around the house. The right shoe's sole is in perfect condition, but I can't return them to Skechers because they only have a 45-day return policy. Really, I can buy them on February 25 and have to throw them away on May 6? I think I just got a bad pair of shoes. There are no other complaints about this problem that I can find. I've been wearing Skechers for years and have never had an issue.
I don't usually write reviews, but these shoes are worth my time because I'm a DIYer and these are my go-to shoes for around the house. They take a beating while working in the yard, garage, and out and about, and they've held up admirably. I bought one pair to see how they would hold up in my environment, and three months later, they are still in perfect condition. That's saying a lot considering how quickly I can destroy a pair of tennis shoes. br>br>I was so happy with my purchase that I ordered two more pairs in black and grey. The fact that these shoes hide dirt well is one of my favorite features of them. While working on my wife's classic Jeep YJ, I dripped motor oil on the light brown pair, and the stain cleaned up reasonably well, but faded or blended in after a few days. br>br>The black pair had a similar experience. While lubricating the garage door on my first day with them on my feet, I splattered white lithium grease on my new black shoes. It was even better than the motor-oiled, light brown pair when I wiped it off. The spots on the black shoe were barely visible. They are my go-to everyday shoes because they are extremely comfortable and stylish. I'm in love with them and just placed an order for the Khaki pair.
