This is a great pair of boots for a particular In southern New Mexico, there is a great deal of volcanic rock and shale, so these boots will be beneficial for hunting

It took the boots only a couple of days to break in, making them very comfortable. It is my complaint that I did my homework about the sizing and they look to be standard like my Redwings or my Under Armor boots, yet I discovered the Scarpa boots run about a half size smaller than other boots I own. After wearing them about 20 miles during a deer hunt, I rate the hunting boot as A+ because of its ridged sole.
