Next, I bought two more caps, both 7 3/8, both New Era, but they were not the same low profile MLB / MiLB models. I was able to fit perfectly into one with a little give, but the other was too tight and gave me a headache. I tried this out overnight on my new tight cap and it was now perfectly comfortable with a little give. I also tried it on my old ballcap that was getting uncomfortable, and it fits like a dream again. I would highly recommend it It smells good, feels sturdy, and saves me from storing hats in my closet that would have stayed there. With an official MLB hat running $30, this has already paid for itself in reducing the amount of hats I would have needed to store.

This round head belongs to whose head? It's oval, as it is for most people

Only downside of this hat is the round shape that made the hat too "round" for my head. As a result, it had a lot of extra space on the sides. My cardboard template (created with scissors and e-- All that remains is to decide HOW much stretch to do. The system should have some form of gradient or measurement. By measuring the distance between the wood and increasing the space in small increments over a few hours, I was able to get the hat to feel the way I wanted it to. With these few improvements I'm now pleased with my purchase. Not sure how much the hat will shrink back with time, but I am satisfied with the hat as it is now. There is no doubt that it is built strong and that is essential.

This is a must-have, durable item. Another one I have from a previous purchase has the exact same item as this one. Whether it be a hat or a pair of gloves, these items are useful for stretching. You should store some hats with this inside the hat so it keeps the shape as well as smaller ones stretched so they are It seems to be a very good quality silicone product that will last quite a long time. The one I bought a while ago is still working for me, stretching tight hats into shape. They are easy to hold onto, and you won't burn yourself if you steam and shape a hat with them. There has been some pressure put on a Scala Classico that has been troubled since day one, and the tool is doing its work. sent back one that I thought should have been crushed, but it arrived all messed up, so I decided to fix it rather than send it back. The steam was doing a decent job of cooking the messed up portions while this was holding them. Scala Classico finally seems like a hat worthy of being worn by regular people after a month of trying. I spent too much time on this, but the goal was to save time dealing with hat shops by using the site. Will not get another Scala, the outback cowboy hat from Dorfman was great, but the two Scala fedoras were not our favorites. A cheap vinyl headband is not cool either but it is useful for rainy days when the weather is poor. In any case, Stretcher gets a big thumbs up.

I was able to use this to solve my problem smoothly. However, I haven't had the hat permanently stretched, so that is not a fault of the product. The only reason I gave it one star in comfort was because you don't This is a great thing to get if you have an old hat that is too small.

It is a great product that you will not regret buying! Buying this thing years ago would have been a good idea! With this hat stretcher I have stretched old fitted hats (10 yrs) that had shrunk, flex fit hats that were just a bit too tight, and even a boonie hat that I was given
