In addition to wearing US 15, I also wear UK 14. At first, they are tight, but you can break them in with good results. One of my second toes on each foot is a little longer than my big toe, and there is a little cramping one side, but it is not that problematic. It might be hit and miss whether you wear a tight or loose 15 if they are too tight.
