I would definitely say that these pants are easy to maintain. It washed on delicate, dried on low heat, removed immediately and hung up and did not have a wrinkle in sight.
I purchased these for my son who wears pants from 30 to 34 inches. When he sat down, they were long enough and did not stick out too much. This is an athlete with muscular legs, and the leg openings are exactly right for him - not too short or too long, neither too loose nor too baggy. Dress pants with a very nice look. The purchase I made was excellent.
There are no clothes for thin, fit people in the US. The reason the US is tha fattest country on Earth! Having a 30 inch waist and a 34 inch inseam I am able to wear a 34 inch I could not find my size among any of the brands. I bought them from Amazon Basics and they fit perfectly!
