It is for my son that I have ordered 44w. There was a size difference of at least two to four inches. There is no direct return policy at Amazon which is a sign you should take notice of. As he lost the included return label and I do not have a printer, I cannot help him with his return. As the quality of China's products is deteriorating fast, I ended up paying the high price.

Since I bought a lot of these jeans in the past, I noticed that the quality and workmanship have declined. When my husband wore these one time, the front part of the jeans came apart, not even at the I will no longer buy Harbor Bay jeans since the quality is no longer there.
