These pants have been a great purchase for me since they were purchased in October of last year. I love the comfort of the chair. My crotch is torn by a 2 inch hole, which I just discovered today. Wear, not tears, is the cause of tearing. In my 40s, I work as a computer technician, so I spend most of my day in front of the computer. These jeans would not stand up to Extreme Motion or practical work if they couldn't withstand 6 months of sitting. There are not a lot of high quality big and tall jeans on the market, so many of them are plain, ugly, light-colored jeans that would look best on your grandpa. This pair of pants is not good because of the blue denim and the overall design. My big and tall frame does not mean I need to dress like an extra in a film.
