This is a nice jacket. Although it is quite warm, you will need to layer if the temperature drops below freezing. For those who didn't finish high school, that's 0°C/32°F. When zipped up, it definitely keeps the heat in. If it's 70 degrees outside, I'm not going to wear this. It won't take long for you to become sweaty. There are numerous pockets. It's a good fit, but the black will show dirt quickly. This was a great experience for me. For those who are interested, it was made in China. This jacket is so good that it had to be swiped from me in the break room at work by some copulator of maternal figures. I'm sure it was the same guy who stole my pizza from the fridge and left the crust in the box, assuming I wouldn't notice.
Because it was a "like new" return, the coat was only $45! When Amazon lowers the price of an item because someone returned it without proper packaging, labels, or something else that has nothing to do with the item, I always buy it. I’ve found that Amazon lowers are all over the place on different items, some high and some low. The regular price of this coat was $68 dollars, but I was able to get it for $44, saving me a lot of money. So, why am I wasting your time by telling you how I saved $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ If something you want says "almost new," buy it if it's a good deal, because I've done this before and have never found anything wrong with it. Another example is a pair of work boots that I reduced by 45%.
I tried on this jacket using the Wardrobe method about a year ago and really liked it, but I couldn't justify the purchase. Now that I can, I went ahead and looked it up and re-wrote it. I placed an order and intend to keep it. Even when it's 70 degrees outside, my workroom temperature frequently drops into the low 60s Fahrenheit, so I prefer to leave the house in a t-shirt. Shirt, but the chilly office necessitates a jacket to keep me warm enough to be comfortable, which is exactly what this jacket provides. There is only one pocket on the inside. Although I wish there were two, that is the only flaw I will point out. It's a little tight around the shoulders, but I don't do much flexing with it fully zipped and snapped shut, so maybe it'll loosen up with use.
Is it possible to find a navy that is extremely dark? Is it dark or light? I'm not sure! I gave it three stars because I'm not sure if I ordered the correct color! Let me begin with the positive: br>br> This coat is fantastic! The feel of it on my body (Broad shoulders @ 6'0" 170lbs) is extremely comfortable, and it looks fantastic. I've never owned a jacket that I thought looked as good as this one. To be sure! The interior lining is soft, the pocket is spacious, and the hood can be easily removed and worn on a daily basis! br>br>Now for the bad (I won't go into detail about the color issue because it isn't the jacket's fault): When you look at my levis logo on my chest pocket, it appears to have been hit by a bit of dye during manufacturing and appears to be of low quality (pictured). This is something that I'm sure could be easily fixed, so I'm not too bothered. In fact, the armpit area is quite constricted. Personally, I've always had a problem with medium-sized companies. sized jackets, so I don't think it's the jacket's fault; it's just my body type. However, if you're considering purchasing this, you should be aware of this. Overall, these flaws don't bother me and would not deter me from purchasing this jacket in the future! br>br>Here's why I took two stars away: The color ID on the label on the inside of the jacket is "NVY. " The bag, however, has a black label on it. DOUBLE HOWEVER, a closer look at the sticker beneath the other inventory stickers reveals that this jacket was originally a navy jacket (pictured)! Although. Everyone I've asked says the jacket appears to be black but has a hint of blue in it. I am honestly not sure if this is black or not . It appears to me to be mostly black, but there is a smidgeon of blue in it, so it could pass for a navy jacket in broad daylight. I guess you'll just have to take my word for it because it's difficult to see in the pictures. br>br>As of right now (9/8/2020), I've contacted Amazon support (Amazon was the seller in this case) and ordered a replacement, which should arrive in a few days. If the replacement is a genuine black label with the same appearance, I'll chalk it up to a manufacturing error and move on. I'll make sure to include a few photos of myself wearing it so that people can see how it looks on my body!.
There are a lot of deep breathing exercises in this book. And then there's Amazon. When I first saw this coat, I was blown away. I was unsure whether it would be warm enough. My son developed an aversion to winter jackets made by Columbia. I didn't know if I wanted more or if I wanted to live in luxury. Consider the practicality of a Beatnik. I tried to be amused (anything to avoid going back into the abyss of clothing shopping) and was blown away. It's a heavy coat. I'm serious. It's lined and thick. The price is excellent for a name brand item and the quality of the product; it keeps my nightmare-inducing children warm, and we live in Idaho, where the weather has been in the single digits for weeks. If you live near Canada, you might want to consider investing in a parka. This isn't going to be good enough. Oh! And as a point of reference. He's 5'7", lanky, and has gained a lot of muscle mass as a result of his weight training. The medium is a perfect fit.
It's a little big in the chest, but it's good in the shoulders. So when I layer it, it'll be fine; it's just a little big in the middle. br>Aside from that, it's a well-made, comfortable jacket. I'll put it on this morning, even though it's only 23 degrees outside!! br>I can't say enough good things about this jacket! But your normal size, unless you have wide shoulders like me, who has been involved in sports all of his life!.
