To get the right size, it took me three pairs, but I'm happy now that I have a size 10 in my closet. As a rule I wear size 10 (in other shoes). It was either 5 regular or 5 wide, but neither of them were suitable. Each time I put them on they become more comfortable since they break in so well. It's my first pair of western boots. I live in Montana and thought at least one pair would be a good investment.
