In less than a month, a hole had appeared in the left boot's sole. In my email to Ariat, I included pictures as well. When I didn't receive a response after a week, I called. It took me 24 hours for a return shipping label to arrive. My new pair of boots arrived less than a week after I sent the old ones back. After a few small delays, Ariat sent me an email expressing their willingness to replace my defective product once. Is that courtesy? Their thinking may have been that they were doing a favor for me. Ariat boots are never going to be another purchase for me. But Wild West Boots do really well.
The soles in these boots have already cracked after 14 days and the sole has already fallen off. It is a pity because I used to love Ariat but after this purchase I am convinced that I will never buy another ariat pair! I am finished with a pair of work boots that cost 190 dollars and last 14 days, so I demand a refund so I can go buy another pair.
