A size 13 is too small for my wide feet. The Muck shoes work for me now that I have found a way to make them work. As I have a shoe stretcher, I stretched them SO wide that they had VERY little air space, then preheated them in the oven For about 30 minutes, the oven was heated to 190 F. After cooling, remove the stretcher once it is completely cool. The stretcher will initially be very wide, but as time goes on, they will slowly lose most of it, therefore, you should crank the stretcher as wide as possible to compensate. There is a lot of resistance in the rubber, so it I have found it to be very useful.
If you want to go smaller, you should. It is usually a 9 for me. It was nice to be able to try these on in the store first. I ended up getting an 8 so they fit well. Make sure you do not use
There has been more than one pair of muck boots and shoes for me. In regular shoes, I normally wear a size 10 1/2. I found that the size 10 fit my feet perfectly, but appear to run a half size larger than stated on the label.
There are better options for rock climbing, according to me. This type of footwear is designed for use in water. The outsole is not very aggressive when it comes to

These are nice improvements over the original Muckboots (now called "The Daily") I only replaced them because the soles had become worn through. It is only the thickness of the sole and more tread that makes a real difference. The size 10 that I usually wear is my normal size. I purchased size 5 Men's medium width, and a 10 fitted perfectly in the original Muckboots. The Muckster IIs I ordered included the 10-inch rim The boots I replaced were a size 5 and they were too small (about 1/2" shorter than the original muckboots in a The 11-inch ones were returned and I ordered the 11-inch ones instead I ordered a size 5 and they fit perfectly, so I would recommend ordering up for a.
In warm weather, I enjoy birding, and wanted footwear that would keep me dry while traversing wet grass, mud, and shallow water during the wettest periods of the year. The Muckster II Low provided that need. As soon as they arrived, I tried them on and almost returned them due to their tight fit, almost preventing me from moving freely while My length was okay, so I gave the Muck Boot company a call, and a customer service agent helped me out. Her prediction that they would stretch a bit proved to be true. To start, the impression my feet made on the foot beds helped me to figure out how to walk. I think as soon as I stood or walked my feet felt better because their weight compressed the foot bed enough to relieve some of the pressure. I think the discomfort persisted throughout the day and night. Even after using them on several birding outings during which I walked over a mile each time, they have now conformed to the shape of my foot, although they remain snug without being unpleasantly so, especially when wearing thick It's good, too, because it means I will not have to worry about my shoes coming off or my heels riding up, as they occasionally did on my first walk. isn't an issue anymore. Now that they are broken in, I am happy with them. These are good for hikes in nature that last a long time. Feature that makes it stand out When I walk through wet, muddy areas, they are usually dry and clean by the time I get back to my car, especially if I find a puddle along.
I bought these loafer-like shoes for a very reasonable price that I anticipated wouldn't be too good, but all in all, they turned out to be quite functional The shoes were worn as knockaround shoes for a couple of years, but once they got worn out, I used them for household chores (mow the lawn, trim the bushes, etc. ) and for hikes because the well-cushioned soles made them comfortable. After a while, the sole on one of the shoes started coming off, so I had to get a new one. As Khombu is no longer making the ones I had purchased for outdoor chores, I tried to find something similar. It turns out that I saw a lot of good reviews for Muckster shoes but I had never heard of them (well, I had never heard of Khombu either before I saw and bought them at BJs). There have been a few complaints that these are too narrow, hard to slip on, or that they have had the sole fall off after a few weeks but I wanted to give them a shot. As expected, they are neither too big nor too small, nor too narrow or too wide. This is a medium-sized image (I chose it). There is a good level of cushioning without being too heavy or They do not get hot once your foot is buried in them, despite the fact that they are water resistant. This was my primary concern because they are water resistant, but they seem to breathe well enough that this isn't a problem. For the type of shoe they are, I think they look good (Not like some clunky water boot). You can never be sure from seeing both good and bad reviews on Amazon. There are positively rated products, but there are also complaints that the product is just bad. Despite not having a chance to try them on before ordering from Amazon, I can say that as far as quality goes, they seem to fit well.
Since I switched from a "regular" Muck boot to an "extended" Muck boot - It is my second pair of gardening shoe of this model after having two pairs of the "regular" shoes. It was commonplace in those earlier "regular" shoes for the angle on top of the shoe to tear. Approximate time after 8 hours The use of the product for 12 months in a row. As of now, I've owned these new "MUCKSTER II" shoes, and they do not seem to be the same problem. A POST-MODERN UPDATED Still wear this "Muckster II low climbing shoe" every day a year after it was purchased- I care for my garden and for my animals. They are still intact. They have no tears in the corners (as happened with 2 pairs of standard muck boots). There are one or two things that can help - Using the spare insoles from my running shoes, I replaced the worn out insoles. A comfy chair.
The shoe is in general pleasing to the eye. The size 10 fits me well. Despite buying this expensive ( $75 ) shoe in a size 5 I was surprised that it would only come in full sizes, not Thus, I had to order a size 10, which just barely fits but is a bit tight with socks. When I wore the shoes for the first time without socks, the rubber quickly wore a blister on the back of one of my heels. Those shoes will require socks, so I will have to wear them. If you are thinking about purchasing these shoes, you would be better off ordering the next size up since you will probably need to wear socks with them. The socks keep your feet dry and clean in wet environments, as they are of good quality. You should buy them, just get the right size, and wear socks with them if you do.
It was time for me to replace a pair of muck boots that I had worn for years. They are the same style, maybe with a little more tread, and the same size. However, I was extremely disappointed in how tight the shoes felt. As a result, I ordered a men's size as the width of men's shoes is D and they are too small to fit my 10C women's The order was subject to a 20% restocking fee and I had to pay almost $13 in return shipping. What we learned from this experience It is always a good idea to read the fine print of the merchandise, even if it is not Prime, and stick to Prime merchandise no matter the price. Since I have had my low pair of Muck boots for almost 10 years and wear them for several hours every day while doing barn work, I will shop elsewhere for these boots.
