The width is medium.
I can't speak for all wet surfaces, but they have never slipped on wet pavement.
They are fairly stable despite the lack of an arch support. The main reason for the purchase was to fulfill this requirement. My husband needed a firm footing when boarding and disembarking from the boat (he has slipped far too many times). They give him a better stride than any other shoe he's ever worn, including traditional boatshoes! We've bought him two more pairs since then! I'm curious as to whether or not they'll be machine washable. I hope this information is useful!
My husband wears wide shoes, and these fit him perfectly; he is unable to wear standard width shoes. I hope this has been of assistance.

The top seam split open after a month of only wearing it on occasion. The stitches appear to have missed the top of the shoe at this point during the sewing process. However, after one month, there is no way to get a refund. Please look at the photos.
They've stood the test of time admirably. It's been almost two years since I've had it! They've been through the washer a few times and each time come out looking almost brand new, and they can withstand salt water with ease. The cushioned insert is also machine washable and, because it is not glued in place, can be easily replaced with one that better suits your needs. The soles are only now beginning to show signs of wear, despite the fact that I wear them frequently. As needed, I'll purchase a second pair.
This may have been caused by the fact that I bought my regular shoe size. When I first tried these shoes on, they fit perfectly without socks but not at all with the thinnest sock I could find. The issue I had was that after wearing these for about an hour walking around a shopping mall and getting them wet, there was a heat pressed(I'm guessing) tag/label with the shoe size information, normal stuff, that rubbed the top of my foot raw. This was not a pleasant experience in the least. Many of the product photos do not show people wearing socks with this shoe, so I believe it would not be an issue if the shoes were not wet or if I could wear socks while wearing them. So either I wasn't supposed to get these shoes wet or I needed to order a size bigger to wear socks in them? For a slide show, it's completely perplexing. Maybe the instructions on the shoes should have been clearer?.
Because these things are so light, I think I'll have to put a lead weight in each one to keep them from floating away. They're also incredibly comfy. I have foot problems and have a hard time finding shoes that don't hurt. br>br>On the downside, the materials and assembly appear to be about as cheap as I can imagine; wearing them twice a week, I doubt they will last a year, whereas I am used to my shoes (which aren't nearly as comfortable as these) lasting ten or more years.
These shoes are great for wearing around the house because they are comfortable and stylish. br>Unfortunately, the materials are of poor quality, and the design is flawed. br>Let me give you an example: br>I paid around $70 for these shoes, and they've only been worn as house shoes for two weeks, and they're already showing signs of wear and tear. The pull tab on one shoe has begun to rip because it is too weak to fulfill its intended purpose, while the stretch panel on the other is already breaking down, and the sewn-in elastic band on the other is already breaking down. The "PFG" patches on the tops of the shoes have also just come off, so I'm not sure how reliable the thread used on these shoes is. br>This is the first time this has happened to me with a pair of shoes; nothing should fall apart after 2 weeks of casual use, especially when they cost around $70.
They are fantastic! This is the second time I've bought Columbia Vent PFG slip-on shoes. I lasted three years with the others. During the summer, I wear these shoes on my boat. They're lightweight, breathable, and extremely comfortable. When they do get wet, they dry quickly as well. br>br>The strange thing is that these shoes have been wet, dried, wet, wet, wet, wet, wet, wet, wet, wet, wet, wet, wet, wet, wet, wet, wet, wet, wet, we They've never developed any sort of odor. br>br>These are well-made shoes that will last you a long time. I am certain I will purchase another pair once this pair decides to retire. br>br>I strongly suggest it!.
This season, we purchased two more in various colors, giving him a total of four. His first two pairs, which we purchased several years ago, are still in great shape. He wears a size 16 shoe and has very specific footwear preferences, such as no white soles or high heels. Take, for example, tops. He likes Stacy Adams as well, but they attract more attention than he prefers for a casual shoe. When he had a plantar fasciitis flare-up, I added a Superfeet insert and he was able to wear them in the rain as well as to the beach, but they still looked sharp enough for a casual office. It took a few weeks for it to heal, but it did.
They were attractive and comfortable, so I purchased them. Many people complimented me on the 'funky, I don't give a damn' look of these shoes. So there you have it. I wore them until they were completely worn out. They were nowhere to be found on any clearance rack. So I shelled out $70 for a brand new pair of shoes. I'M GLAD I DID IT FOR THE PRICE OF THE SHOES. I'm a big fan of these shoes.
