Questions & Answers
On pavement, Cascadias work well for me, but I only do so when I need to get between trail segments. They do the job, but the tread will wear out more quickly. The arch support is provided by insoles, and I've never used the insoles that came with the shoe. I wear heat moldable Foot Balance "orthotics" because my arches are a little high. If you run frequently (50 MPW, in my opinion), I would recommend these over the originals that came with the shoes.
It is unquestionably of the highest caliber!
The Brooks Cascadia 15 is a men's shoe that weighs 11 ounces.
A label on the inside of each Cascadia shoe lists both US and UK sizes.

This is my 57th pair of Cascadias, which I used for trail running for a decade before limiting myself to trail hiking due to age. It's nothing fancy, but it's very stable, which is good for older knees.
I've tried Asics, Nike, Saucony, New Balance, and other brands, and none of them come close to these.
About halfway up the tongue, the laces are fed through regular eyelets (leather/plastic) as well as four fabric eyelets. One of the fabric eyelets has broken, and the one next to it is fraying. br>NOTE: THIS PAGE HAS BEEN UPDATED. I contacted Brooks directly and explained that I believed there was a defect in the product, and they are sending me a new pair of shoes!.
The shoe fit well and appeared to be of average quality. I bought this shoe, however, because of the waterproof gortex upper. With a simple test, I was able to determine that these were not at all waterpoof.
I've purchased at least 12 pairs of Brooks, almost all of which are ghosts. and I am, without a doubt, an 11-year-old. As a result, I purchased 11 pairs of Brooks trail runners. too big. Reduce by half a size. So, after more than a year of trail running in shoes that were too big, I decided to upgrade. I persevered and received a score of ten. Perfect.
I've been wearing Dyads for ten years and was hoping that these trail shoes would meet my expectations. My feet can't handle the toebox because it's too narrow. It's a pity, because they appear to be fantastic footwear.
My feet have never been a problem for me. I began with the Cascadia 13s, then moved up to the 14s, and finally to the 15s. This brand appeals to me.
The soles have outlasted my Nike and Under Armour shoes by a long shot. These are my everyday shoes, and they have logged a lot of concrete miles.
