Bikila LS are similar to the ones I used for cross-training about seven years ago and I totally loved them because most of the other shoes I used had huge squishy soles that My Reebok Nano shoes finally crashed after a few years of use, and when the Nike Metcon came out, I decided to buy those instead. I thought Vibram finally had a chance to compete again when these came out. However, it is overengineered with a lot of unnecessary "features" that make it look cool. The first problem is to have regular laces and a strap at the same time. Although it looks cool, and if you want to kick a bag or something, it might be a better system than the quick lace system, which has a hard plastic pull tab, I still have a hard time making this work. In addition, while the side pieces of hard plastic look really cool and Vibram probably added them to help with rope climbs and jump ropes, when doing lunges and when toes are bent, they dig into the big toe. The third is that the tongue is not separate from the language. A tongue extends from the arch side of the shoe, rather than the heel side. I also thought this was revolutionary at first. While I tried taking the laces down a hole, it has still not filled the gap completely. When the laces are removed completely, the hard plastic sides will stick up and resemble an odd shape. vibrams to replace the ones I had that were falling apart. I don't use them for long distance runs or hiking, I use them for the gym exclusively. As they allow you to squat and deadlift in a shoeless state, they are great for these exercises. I have noticed a significant improvement in my form while using these. It is highly rated in terms of quality overall. I only have a complaint I found that it left my bunions in pain initially. Since then (20ish wears) it has stretched and smoothed out so you no longer feel pain when wearing it. In terms of size, I usually wear a I bought a 43 for these and a 5. Despite the fact that I have very wide, flat feet, these shoes are comfortable for me.

The support in these shoes is better than most, so if you are new to these, the shoe might be a good choice for you. are a little larger in size than most (most run small), so maybe you can call them true to size. I like them for everyday (shopping, going out to eat) because they protect my toes from impact. They are also a little more discrete than most. My size was too big, so I bought a smaller pair. Although the toes are now much more comfortable, the shoe feels a little tight and narrow.

One of my most comfortable pairs of shoes. These people are very special to me. One of my most comfortable pairs of shoes. Based on the size drop down box I had a 10 US size so I purchased a 43 D EU shoe, which the drop down box said was my size, but the shoe I got was a 1/2 size too Despite the fact that I could have exchanged them if I had wanted to, I was leaving 3 days after they arrived in the mail and wanted to have them on these shoes so that I could wear them on wet days. Yeah, $120 water shoes may seem crazy, but I spend a lot of time wading in creeks taking pictures of nature and lugging around two grand worth of camera equipment. Although I protect my gear as much as I can, I still do not want to get it wet. In spite of the slick surface I never slipped and the traction I experienced was far and above that of any other shoe I have ever used to do the same thing. There are many shoes/hiking boots I have tried that are ruined by the use of a lot of water Even though I have traveled more than 100 miles on these since I purchased them (mostly up and down creeks and rivers in the central USA), these still appear to be.
