Questions & Answers

The shoe can be used as a throwing shoe, right?

I don't plan to throw this shoe due to its heel.

Does this shoe work well for running or cardio?

Weightlifting and powerlifting are both excluded from the intended use of these shoes. This is the only purpose for which I'd use them. Squats and dead lifts are what I do with these You can then switch to running shoes for cardio after lifting.

Do you think this would be a good show for moving events, such as heavy yoke and ?

If you are carrying events, you want a flat hard soled shoe like a vans, or even a nano, metcon, etc. That elevated heel will not help you.

In what range does the effective heel height fall?

The height has increased by 2 cm

This is the place to start for those who are in between sizes
5/5

It's been a while since I ordered the shoes. It is this reason why I am writing this review after I have only visited the gym for the first time, because I wanted to discuss the sizing with those who are reading 50 reviews that say I enjoyed how the fit was comfortable yet on point right out of the box. There were tons of reviews saying to go a half size bigger or smaller, or even a whole size smaller. That seems like a terrible idea, one reviewer said these shoes are supposed to fit snug on your feet and be form fitting, just like you were dead lifting in bare feet. It may be impossible for women to order this shoe because it is a men's shoe and they have to order smaller to fit. In order to get the best performance out of the gloves, I would recommend ordering true to size. In trying the shoe out for a mock dead lift on chest day just to get a feel, I can say I am incredibly excited about using it when I get into it more over the next few days. There is no doubt that these shoes will last a very long time and look very nice. Two thumbs up on this purchase! In real life, the blacks are jet black and look so much better than the photos. A POST-MODERN UPDATED On Tuesday, February 27, 21 - on Wednesday, February 28, 21 Since the day I bought them, these shoes have held up well in the gym, and I have loved them just as much as the day I I have used this shoe for all types of push/pull workouts without any issues whatsoever. The interior of the shoe looks and feels like new. The sole has not crumbled or degraded in any way. Three of them are worn by me I own the vehicle for 2 years now, and I've been using it five times a week. I purchased this product for my black workout shirts and it goes perfectly with them.

Lifting shoes that are solid The work is There is a solid lifting shoe here for a reasonable price
5/5

It is the new model with a solid heel (still made of hard foam) as opposed to a hole in the heel foam. The shoes are used for squats (not super Weight is under 300 pounds) and the shoes are very sturdy. I like the length of the laces (not too long and not too short), and the lock down velcro strap works well. These shoes appear to be of decent quality, and since you won't be running a marathon in them, I think they'll last a long time. The nylon material has a nice appearance, and they are comfortable and look really sharp to me, since they have a bit of a flannel feel to them. In other reviews online, I read that since the shoes run narrow, you should order half a size larger than your normal size. I could have gotten a 10, so that's what I went with. As for my foot width, I am normal, and honestly, I could have gone with a size 10, rather than going up a size. I was able to fit in the 5's, but I did not see the point in going up half a size. I just thought, but everyone has a different pair of feet.

A fantastic shoe for weightlifting
5/5

In any case, today was my 1st day of breaking in these shoes. Note that I do full-body training. Chuck Taylors or my Nike Metcons have always been my go-to shoes for squatting. lifting weights for over three years and recently decided to buy a new pair of When performing exercises, you will almost never move and you will feel planted to the ground if you buy a size 9 and wear it. These are made of firm leather and are built to be firm. It has been my first day, I'll add an update as soon as I break them more, but so far so good for my first day.

This is a very small program
3/5

Based on the reviews I read, there were a lot of disagreements regarding sizing, so I bought three Two pairs of sneakers I thought would fit, one a 1/2 size smaller and one a 1/2 size bigger. Each of these 3 had an inadequate size. Being a size 8 and converting from women to men's sizes was irrelevant, because as a size 8 the pattern holds up. Normally, the women's athletic shoe has a size of 5, the men's has a size of In the end, I ordered a men's 8 since a size 5 or 7 should have been fine. It is important to keep in mind that these are not soft uppers that give and stretch like many There is no give in the toe box of these shoes because the canvas is very stiff. Designed to provide a secure and stiff platform for lifting, the shoe is designed to provide stiff and stable support. Adidas should have taken into account the rigidity of the shoe when putting size labels on this model, which may be the reason the sizing seems to be off by so much. Even more than the sizing, here's something else that made me angry A package on Amazon contains 3 boxes of shoes which were sent in one large plastic bag, arriving broken and smashed. I have to send back the same damaged boxes now. It is important that it be known that they arrived in this manner! A person put a few shoe boxes into a plastic bag. I have gotten tiny items in large cardboard boxes from Amazon in the past, but I don't recall seeing this before. It's a shame! Due to the fact that the sizing is so off and the boxes arrived in such poor condition due to poor packaging, I am giving this item 3 stars.
