Questions & Answers
For weightlifting and crossfit movements, I use them more often, and I find them to be highly comfortable and excellent. As they are a bit wide at the toes I suspect that if you don't have wide feet that you'd have a hard time keeping your feet
"Yes" is the answer for me. There is no doubt that everyone is different. As a teenager, I wore Nike's for hours on end, but my feet were hurting me and I discovered that I had bad pronation. When I switched to wearing Brooks, I primarily wore them. Squats are not at all useful for lifting Brooks are amazing for walking, running, and pronation, but terrible for lifting. The trainers I own are amazing. I live an athletic lifestyle, have been through hundreds of pairs of trainers, and these are my favorite. They are flat for leg days, yet flexible enough not to feel like olympic Although I did feel them a little odd at first because of the flatness, but I was looking for that, and they were comfortable
The answer is difficult to give since everyone's foot is different, but it feels as though this shoe support the arch very well.
When rated in a scale of 1 to 10, I would usually be Normally I would wear a size 9 in women's, but ordered a size In men's, the score is 5. Despite not having worked out in them yet, I have tried them on and find they fit well.

Despite the fact that the shoes run small, none of them are ridiculously expensive. As I try to decide whether to return them or whether they might stretch, I am having difficulty. This is something that I would be careful of, either choose an alternative brand, buy it in the store where you can try it on, or order one 1/2 size larger.
After trying the 8 and 9 on for several months, and having metcon, they still felt more adjusted and fit like The Nano, but I grabbed the Nano X and knew straight away they were something else, the foot is adjusted and comfortable, the cushioning behind gives it another feeling. In the end, I opted to sell the other nanos and just keep the Xs. Do not think twice about it. Those are the ones I recommend.
Nanos have raised the bar for me three times in the past seven years, and each time I've upgraded them. While the Nano X is still roomy in the forefoot like previous designs, the following changes have been made In addition to having a great deal more stability in the heel than my Nano 8s. I don't think I could recommend it There should have been two pairs of laces to go with these, but the quality and design of them make up for that. Reebok has done a fantastic job!.
They are very versatile in my HIIT workouts. I recommend that you go up a half size as the shoes tend to run.
Three Nano 9's, two standard and one beast mode, are in my collection. There is such a big difference between these Xs and those Ys. I only had one complaint about the 9's and that was the way they felt too wide. These shoes fit much closer to a shoe for running and do not provide that clown shoe sensation. I don't like the tongue and heel because they are way too big, but those are minor complaints. It feels so much more flexible and comfortable to wear now that it has flex weave. Since I haven't rope climbed with these yet, I am unsure how well they will hold up. When lifting and doing plyometric movements, you feel very stable.
This is such a beautiful pair of I love how they look on you! After receiving them, I opened them up and was not all that impressed until I actually tried them on my feet and that's when I couldn't believe my eyes. They look amazing on my feet, and not only are they great-looking shoes, they can also be used In my opinion, they are not the best shoes to walk around in all day, but in the gym they are amazing because they are so comfortable and stable. These definitely run a size small, my first pair I sent back for a size bigger, and even then I think I could have gone up a size, but overall I am so happy with these!.
I would recommend getting the next size up unless you're already at the upper limit of your current size. The width was perfect as well. I haven't noticed any difference in the weight of the shoes. The weight of the shoes has been complained about. It is hard for me to be happy with most shoes since I know too much about biomechanics, and these shoes passed the gym/all-purpose test nicely. You can use it for a day.
Nanos have been my go-to shoe for many years, and these are far and away my least favorite In comparison to the slimmer models of before, I find the new models very bulky and thick. Aside from being less breathable, they also don't fit very well either. The last pair I bought were 5 sizes too big. To be honest, I'd get an old version of the shoe instead of the current one.
