Questions & Answers

How do you translate the sizes from American to English?

However, you must go to the fixed measurement point and measure your foot in cm or inches and check the table so that there is no error

Who makes these? Where do they come from?

I don't give a damn what you say man, they're awesome shoes that do exactly what they claim.

What are the benefits to my flat feet of these shoes?

There is a significant difference between the two. Flat feet are also a problem for me. Breaking into them didn't even need to be attempted. It was a set deal for me because I wear a size 12. They should make it available through Amazon Wordrobe if they still do.

Is it possible to do hip thrusts and deadlifts with these?

Besides the solid heel, which is designed for squats, there's not much else. If you want to do hip thrusts, I'm not sure why you would need special footwear? Deadlifts can simply be performed in flat soled shoes or

Changing your stance is a result of these

I have been hesitant to buy lifting shoes for a long time. As I saw no benefit from spending that much money on something without promises, I did not see why I should do it. We bought them after giving up a few times. The first thing you should know is that these Do not put them to any other use. Crossfit shoes are usually what I wear when I lift. With the touch of a stiff cross trainer, these lifters allow you to train like a pro. There is a strong heel on their foot. You might feel a difference depending on which cross trainer you own if you own cross trainers. I did not feel a difference in squats and deadlifts as compared to the The new shoes helped me beat my squat PR by nearly a full inch. What was wrong with me, or was it the shoes? As it occurred after receiving the shoes, we can say they were helpful. As opposed to Metcon 5s that are cushiony on the heels, this shoe feels like a much more supportive shoe. Crosstrainers that are flat typically have little lift in the heel, as opposed to the lift on the heel of the Boost. A higher heel enabled me to perform front squats at a higher level. Observing my elbows, I feel how they are raised higher and how my weight is pushed As well as cleanings/snatches, here are benefits. In general, I would recommend this for weight The decision to go with them was the right one.

Here are a few details that will help inform Please note that if you are taller, you need to make additional accommodations When you are 5'11" or taller, you should wear a lifter shoe with a higher heel support like the Reebok Legacy Lifter II, which has 22 millimeters of heel support. you weigh less than 130 pounds, and you are not very tall, you might want to try this Reebok Lifter PR II that has 15 millimeters in height.

The best of the best It has been around Reebok Lifters since they were first introduced

A. UPDATED Now that I have been using these 3 months, they still work great for lifting, squatting, and doing Crossfit - I wear a size 11 for these workouts because they fit me true to size. This would be my number one choice of all of my Reeboks, Nano's, lifters, etc. A definite buy if you loved the first generation This is a fantastic lifter! I absolutely love it! Since I have worn out my generation one Reebok Lifters due to the plastic heels, I have been looking for lifters I can still use while doing Crossfit workouts. I have previously used Innovates, as well as Reebok Cumming's Lifters, which are both great shoes, however, a little too heavy for my Crossfit workouts. These are amazing, I have only used them a few times, but they are wonderful. Their light weight, flexibility, and durability make them exceptional! They look great and the cushion is perfect! It took me no time at all to "break" them in, actually, I worked out for 20 minutes on day one and they were perfect. I'll let you know if I have any issues in the long run regarding durability. These are the kind of lifters I would buy more of if my wife let me, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good all-around lifter, and an excellent choice for a.

This is a great pair of shoes for the price

Since there is very little online information about these, I felt compelled to share my thoughts. The only thing else I watched on YouTube was a couple of YouTube videos, so I felt motivated to write my first Amazon review for whatever reason. The following is what we will do Firstly, let me state clearly that these are my first weightlifting / squat shoes, so please keep that in mind as you review. As they're roughly in the same league as Adidas Powerlift 3s, I debated a long time about buying these, but in the end I went with these because I knew my size in Reeboks and they were still cheaper/easier to locate. There are a few things I've been worried about (at first) Two of the major advantages of this shoe are the lower heel height and the low price tag A toe box that is slightly "curled upwards. ". This will be addressed in a later post. Squatting had been out of the question for around 3 months because of hip impingement, and with the hope of getting some shoes which might help me reach depth once I started squatting again, this time with better form to fit the anatomical limitations of my body. As soon as I opened them, I noticed that their heel height was at best minimal, and I compared them to the Nanos, having noticed that difference really wasn't visible. There was a bit of disappointment for me. As soon as I started squatting, however, I began to think differently. As if by magic, I can suddenly go below parallel with As a result of some exercises/techniques I have been practicing for the past few months and which my physio gave me, I am now squatting a lot better than I was before (although I am still much lighter and slowly strengthening Although I have only done two real squats with them so far (and two T2 front squats), I must admit I wish I had gotten them sooner. You feel much more stable and can reach depths more efficiently if your ankle (or hip in my case) mobility is poor. It's been a while since I've done any Olympic lifts in them (yet), so I can't comment on that, but I imagine they would be great for CrossFit style workouts where Olympic lifts are a major part of the workout. When you've worn Reebok before, you'll find the fit to be true to size. With Nano 8s in 12, I can play 12 games at once. There are 46 exact fits (5 out of 46). 5) and both were a perfect fit. There might have been a slight improvement if I had gone half a size smaller since a snugger fit might have been better, but I ship to a freight forwarder, so I cannot return This shoe was the perfect size for me since I like getting my toes spread apart. Should you have the option to return the shoes for a different size, I suppose you could try wearing a size smaller 12 if you prefer a "tighter" fit. Although I do not like the size I chose, I am happy with my choice. In summary, I would like to say Please do not hesitate to pick up your first pair of weightlifting shoes if you are a beginner, a fairly advanced intermediate, or just looking for a pair. These are the best on the market at this price point, so go ahead and buy you've been training for a while and have a serious weight lifting program, then high heels (and higher prices) are ideal for you. I think we like to think that we'll grow into expensive shoes that can handle a 300kg back squat or a 220KG flutter kick. . . but you probably weren't considering these shoes to begin with and aren't going to read this. . . In light of what I have learned, I am not in need of the more extensive discussion, but after some consideration I decided not to As I'm not familiar with any well-known models or brands, I should focus on building my strength and technique instead using something more moderately priced like these Lifter PR IIs. I would like to point out the following things -The strap could be a bit shorter (it's too long for most foot sizes, meaning it's impossible to wear them very tightly and making the number markings for the strap useless) and the toe box should be flat rather than curled Having said that, the toe thing hasn't been an issue and the shoe in general has been just fine and hard, so maybe it's just a mental thing making me think that a weightlifting shoe should be just In general, it is a good purchase for its.

You will definitely notice the difference in the way you lift with this shoe

Trainer shoes were my first pair of official A Chuck Taylor has always been his go-to shoe. There is a big difference between these two. Your feet are very grounded and stable, almost to the point that I had to take a break to adjust. As long as your socks aren't thick, these shoes fit perfectly. I don't think they're true to size. They're heavy, which I like. I don't think they get too hot while wearing them. The jumping and sprinting in these will not be fun at all. However, for squatting, deadlifting, or anything that requires a stable stance, these are excellent.
They look awesome, I have the black, but I would consider other colors in the future. Looks even better in person than in photos, as other reviewers have commented. Likewise, I am sure that could be said for all the other wonderful color combinations they have.
All in all, an amazing shoe! Compared to other lifting shoes, I don't see a dramatic improvement, but from what I've used so far, it is a great Don't be afraid to take the plunge if you've been lifting for years and have never gone swimming. Additionally, I found the price on Amazon to be fantastic as well, $60 for a shoe that looks like it'll last forever is tremendous.
