Men's soccer in the US
Running is an excellent use for these shoes. The feet are not healthy when you run in a shoe with a high heel and a lot of cushioning. These shoes have a great fit for 5ks, and I've done several while wearing them. My latest pair of running shoes have gone over 100 miles on me, and I run 3 to 6 miles at a time on them on average. I run 4 days a week on them. My running stride has been changed so that I land on my ball and toes whenever I run. A very small amount of pressure is applied to my heal. You are able to absorb the force and impact from the impact with your leg muscles instead of your Now that I am no longer experiencing joint pain or shin splints, I am practically pain-free.
There are no gender restrictions with this shoe, however, the exact product ASIN is for men's sizes 10 and 11. Item number 07FPK57BJ
Shoe material is the same or similar in more or less every aspect.

A fan of Inov8 shoes since I was a kid. They know how to engineer an athletic shoe, even though I miss the more minimal styles they offered a few years ago. It allows me to do most things well, except running and sprinting, so I bought these for gym training, lifting weights, some cross training, and to be able to do gym and weightlifting exercises. As a whole, the shoes are great for weightlifting and cross-training, and while they are not a substitute for a true lifting shoe, they still work pretty well Running has not been experienced with these, and I intend not to run in them. It has an incredibly good grip, and the shoe feels somewhat supportive, without being overweight. Fit is snug, with plenty of room in the toe box and a slightly cushy fit. Despite feeling softer under foot than most, the shoes aren't soft at all when wearing heavy loads. The way they do it is a mystery, but they do it. You've come to the right place if you're looking for a jack of all trades, well built and engineered cross training shoe. It would be a pleasure to buy the same shoes again, especially since the outsole is excellent. No matter how hard it tries, it just keeps going.
They should last another 300 miles when properly maintained. The original marketing for these was as a cross-platform accessory There was originally marketed in the USA as a training and road running shoe, but user experiences like mine seem to have changed that, and my purchase and review are based on those original sales. In spite of seeing no additional material in the heel when I first took the shoes out of their box, I was surprised by the quality of the shoes. I did not know what to do in a strike zone, but assumed the professionals would do what was right. Most of the wear on the surface occurs in areas of most impact, but it is no wonder Graphene is not invincible. A heel is an example of such an area Material in strike zones should be more and/or denser to be able to handle abuse, but neither was provided The heel of the shoe simply has the same perimeter tread pattern as the rest of it, so at 120 miles, I'm already through the sole and into the In the wake of two pairs of Graphene with identical wear and failure, I will not purchase this product There are far too expensive for their advertised use in running (I'm not sure whether they would be comfortable in the gym, but I'd guess they would be There are more economical ways to travel, but if you can justify paying $1 per mile for your road shoes (nearly four times the cost of a pair of $80 Salomons that last 300 miles), these are fine.
There is a slight narrowing in the width. These shoes are narrower than all the others I have owned, despite owning a lot of them. I have owned many different inov8s and always wear the same size. However, for me to be able to tie them, I will need to swap out the laces for longer ones. All in all, they look gorgeous and are super comfortable to wear. This was a better experience than I Despite the shoe's grippy sole, it is lightweight and very comfortable. I'm in love.
The majority of my recent footwear has been running shoes with a stabilizing sole, with an age range of 50 to 70. I do some P90x-style workouts and run. To have the best cross-platform experience, I went with something I thought would be better A workout style that I can run in as well as a fit style workout. As a result, this is a misstep on both counts. To keep you balanced and steady on your side While moving side to side, the narrow soles offer less stability and support. Running without a heel cup presents a weakened foundation. Due to toe drop and thin sole, running will cause heels to dig into the ground I have a hard toe and I have pain when I run on my balls of the feet. Having light shoes does give you a sense of "connection" to the ground, but for me, I would rather have more material/weight for more stability and cushioning.
The performance of these has decreased drastically over the years. The 22nd was the date that I received them. In lock-down, we wear these every day, so they don't get a great deal of use, walking the dog and around the house are about all we do with them, the occasional errand to an open store too. Several different pieces of toe covering material are pulling away from the fabric, as are one or more of the heel strips. Although the treads are in good condition, they look a little worn out. don't know, maybe I got a defective pair, maybe it's not the pair I got? That would be great if that were the case. I hope this favorite company has not jumped to the cheap end. Having such a policy would be really disappointing for me. The 28th and 29th of October If I could return these, I would be very disappointed. This was a waste of money!.
There is a lot to like about Inov8. My second pair, they seem to be the same as my previous pair, as the rubber on the bottom of the shoes appears to be the most durable I've seen yet. After wearing them on about three runs so far, they keep their shape well. Despite the fact that these are light duty shoes for everyday wear, these are not the kind of shoes you just wear around the house It is worn. I feel like the mesh in this one will tear easily, so be careful where you go and how you run. I did tear this tongue shoelace holder thing when I laced them up for the first time. I never hesitate to recommend Inov8 because their shoes are always comfortable and run well.
Currently, I have five pairs. The model that I got was a half size larger and the shoes People like to ask me about brands they see everyone wearing at the gym, not those that everyone wears.
Shoes that are great for trainers, walkers, and people who like to wear them all day. In case you do not know your SHOE SIZE, you will not have a problem sizing up. If you order your regular size, then you will be fine. This is a great looking shoe that also functions well. No need to look any further if you are looking for a great gym shoe enough to wear all day without developing foot pain. Take advantage of this great offer!.
