Bloch Synchrony dance shoes for men come in a size 8. I wear a size 10 in street shoes for men. In Bloch shoes, a size 10 would be appropriate for your daughter if she wears a size 12. In my dancing career, my favorite shoes have been the Bloch Synchrony. I like how well they fit, and how comfortable they are. As well as the smaller elastic bands, large elastic bands are also nice. These shoes will fit your daughter perfectly, and I am sure she will enjoy dancing in them.

Basically, I needed a pair of ballet slippers for a class. I wear an 11W or 12. The size chart left me pondering the size to order. In the end, I ordered both a 10 and a cheaper brand. These are a bit large, The fabric of the superior ones stretches more than the cheap ones, and the split soles have more padding than the cheap ones. I kept these and returned the others because I could feel the quality.
In my years as a professional ballet dancer, I always preferred Bloch's ProLite II shoes for their fit and split soles (which made them more comfortable to wear). Since I'm in my late forties and taking up ballet as exercise, I decided to switch to these instead of my existing ballet shoes (which are inexpensive and available from Although I do not like the fit as much as the ProLite II, these shoes would be more suitable for beginners, but they are comfortable and well stitched. My experience with them has been good so far. While I may return to favorites one day, these products are doing the job for the time being.
My purchase of the shoes wasn't more than 30 days ago, but I am uncertain how long ago it was.
