I believe they are available in both 6 inch and 8 or 9 inch sizes. A second number appears when you choose your waist size, indicating how long you wish the pants to be. The measurements of my waist and inseam are 30 x 6 (30 inch waist and 6 inch inseam).
Long runs are part of their style. According to my guess, the inseam is 10".
