They appear to fit as expected in my opinion. I usually wear 34-36 size pants, so I'm used to pants that are either too tight or too baggy, depending on the manufacturer. Because I have ham-sized thighs, mediums are usually too tight for them. I got a large in these and they're a little baggy on me. Many athletic alternatives are now shorter than the shorts- Days have passed, but the ride is still knee-high. The shorts have a moderate amount of transparency. There are two layers to the construction, but they are both quite thin. If you're a bubble-gum fanatic, The world might be able to see your gum pink underwear. The drawstring on these shorts snapped after only two uses, which was the main issue I had with them. Because the waist and length are a little too big for my "Marge" "large-frame" body type, Because of my "medium" sizing, the drawstring was absolutely necessary for me to keep these shorts on while exercising. The string popped as I was putting these on for the third time. These shorts are no longer suitable for anything other than lounging. I love wearing these shorts to the gym, when I'm relaxing on the couch, and even when I'm going to bed. These shorts were a huge disappointment in my recent order. They didn't have the patented split on the sides that I was used to seeing on these shorts in the past, and I noticed a significant difference in comfort without it. When you don't have the side splits, these sweet shorts aren't quite as sweet. My thighs were noticeably tighter in the shorts. It was a huge disappointment, and when I contacted Champion, they informed me that no design changes had been made. All of these shorts, according to champion Rep, should still have splits on the hem. The champion staff took into consideration Imposter Champion shorts. Where are my champion side splits, oh where are they, oh where are they, oh where are they, oh where are they It was a major disappointment, and I'm hoping that my next order will include splits. I need more of these shorts so that I can ride side saddle on my electric cart in Walmart or while shopping, and wear them all year long, even when it's cold outside.

I looked on Amazon for navy blue gym shorts for school in my son's age and size range and came up empty-handed. He's 13, and I'm always finding shorts that are too small, even in the largest size; he's 5 feet tall and slender, so it should be relatively simple. Because I was tired of going to different stores and didn't have time, I decided to try shorts for men from a well-known brand. He is smitten with them. In men, I went with small, and it hits below his knees in standing position, and it doesn't hike all the way up past his thighs when he sits, squats, or sits Indian style. He has plenty of room to run and play basketball in these comfortable shorts. When he outgrows them, I'll be back here.

They haven't shrunk in any of the washes, and the color has remained consistent for the past 9 months. I have a lot of them, and if I could, I'd live in them. They're simple but effective. The logo isn't overly large; it simply exists. I could live without the logo, but it's not a major issue. The shorts have a drawstring, which is useful, but I never use it because they fit perfectly as they are. My phone, as well as my 8" tablet and 7" GPS, fit comfortably in the pockets. Not that you need to carry a GPS or tablet in your pockets; the point is that the pockets are roomy enough to fit your phone and wallet comfortably. br>br>These would be a bargain if they were less than $10, but even at $13, I'd recommend them.
