I'm not sure if this is the same as inseam, but I just measured along the stitching from the bottom of the inside leg to the point where the inside seams of the two legs meet, and it's 9". I hope this information is useful.
I've noticed the same thing you've noticed: my pockets are shrinking. I'm not sure why this is necessary or appears to be important enough for Adidas to do so. I don't have any particularly bad news for you, but I don't have any particularly good news either. These pockets are a little smaller than you're used to, but they'll fit your car keys, change, pocket knife, and other small items; however, if you have a large wallet or a cell phone, you'll need to be extra cautious. While they may not fall out while you're walking, I believe they will fall out while you're driving or running. I'm curious as to why this change was required, as it makes no sense to me. So be warned, and best of luck.
You can make a knot out of one of them.
There is no such thing as a liner. Make sure you have some underwear on: ) Pockets don't have zippers, but they're still very comfortable!

Addidas' three-stripe shorts have been a staple in my drawer for years, and they've always been a high-quality, consistently good product. br>In my most recent purchase, Addidas is attempting to save a few cents by shrinking the pockets. The pockets have shrunk to the point where they are no longer functional. My entire hand won't fit in the pocket, and anything put in the pockets will fall out when I sit. br>br>The shorts are still comfortable and attractive, but they only get three stars because the pockets are nearly useless.
There are only a few pockets. They serve no purpose at all. These were purchased to replace an older pair that I used at the gym. Both my wallet and phone are too big to fit in either pocket. Squatting or sitting in a car causes them to fall out. Who did these come up with? Fail.
After wearing the first pair for a little while, I decided to order a second pair. They are extremely comfortable and well-fitting. I've discovered that I prefer the Adidas shorts' cut, and these are no exception. br>br>As others have pointed out, the pockets in this version are much shallower than in previous versions. My phone (a Pixel) fits in my pocket, but a larger phone would be difficult to carry. These would easily be a 5-star rating if the pockets were a bit larger. a five-star product.

This pair of shorts is fantastic. They have a good fit and are light and airy, making them ideal for working out. They're silky smooth, to be honest. "Am I wearing women's pajamas or athletic shorts?" I think to myself on occasion. " With that in mind, if you buy a light color other than black or dark blue, you must wear boxer briefs or your underwear will show through like a sore thumb. If you're into that, go commando with these and no one will be able to guess what you're carrying. Whatever the case may be.
These are very comfortable and true to size; I usually wear a size 22 in jeans and can fit into an XL.

I had some old, trusted pairs that needed to be replaced, so I decided to test out two of my favorite brands of shorts to see which was the best today. These and a pair of Under Armour raid shorts, which are very similar, were among the items I ordered. These adidas shorts, spoiler alert, win by a long shot. br>br>There are a few key features that distinguish these shorts from any pair you'd find in a department store. These shorts were designed with care by someone. On the back of the shorts, just below the waist band at the top of the butt, there is a perforated section for breathability in a key sweaty area. The Under Armour shorts are much more basic, and they're made of the same unisex fabric. Other reviews complain about pocket size, but they must have never tried to run with a phone, keys, pocket knife, or anything else. Adidas thought of this, and unlike my under armour raid shorts, which have more generous sized pockets that flail around wildly during a run, smashing your things against your leg with every stride, the adidas shorts pockets are engineered better and fit my Galaxy s10 and EDC pocket items just fine for everyday use. The pocket material is also significantly thicker and more durable than that of the Under Armour shorts, which has a cheap-feeling light mesh material in the pockets. br>br>The adidas shorts have a more tailored look and feel than the under armour shorts, and the material is slightly thicker, but they're both light as a feather. br>br>The main material of these shorts is light enough to be unobtrusive for any workout, but thick enough and quality feeling enough to last durability-wise; the under armour shorts feel great, but the material is thinner and not as high quality feeling, and has already started pilling and snagging, whereas the adidas have maintained their integrity and look brand new. br>br>To cut a long story short (no pun intended), these adidas shorts will be the ones I reach for when I want to do something athletic or just want my best pair of shorts for around the house, and I'll be purchasing multiple pairs of these perfect shorts. This is where you should stop; these are the ones you should buy.
Almost every pair of women's athletic shorts is too short, too tight, and too colorful. I go to the gym to get in shape, not to compete in a beauty pageant. These shorts are the ideal fit for my size M frame. The pockets are streamlined and do not create a bulge at the hips, unlike many men's shorts. Sweatpants are easy to slip on in the mornings because the fabric is slippery. And I like how understated and sleek the look is.
