A small taper can be seen on the legs. I like how well they fit.
There is a good amount of breathability and it feels relatively light. A ripstop material gives the impression of being athletic or tactical. There is no high heat issue with the cargo version of the UA tactical pants, but the lightweight pants feel lighter. I did not get to wear these in really high temperatures, but I did find them very comfortable in 70 degree temperatures.
This pairs of pants are very versatile! I would wear them to work and then ride my bicycle home in them. The colors could be a little more vibrant

Since I saw reviews stating that these are fake, I was not sure about ordering them. Although they are minor differences from the same pants I bought at the store, after receiving them I would agree that they are. A factory outlet might offer minor differences, but there are so many that I imagine I could find them there. A tag is a description of something. One single piece of material is used for the tags on these. There are inserts, etc. in the store bought ones. A lot more information is included on the tag (Grey are the ones I ordered, Brown are those I bought in the A stitched-in label on the interior of the jacket provides the size information, while the label on the store-bought jacket is more permanently attached. A few minor differences exist in the stitching around the pockets as well. As a result, the pants are similar in quality to what I bought at Cabela's. UA sold the $75 pants on this top directly to the buyer. You can believe in them.
