My 14 year old son (who is tall and skinny) fits very well in this medium/ heavy weight shirt. The pants he needs right now do not fit in either a Boys XL or Men's Small (depending on the brand / make of the pants, either can be too big for him). In addition to his 5'5" height, he weighs about 97 pounds. I tried this and it worked well. I really like the medium/ heavy weight of this shirt, the design is fantastic. It was very well received by him.

This is a very nice hoodie that is soft on the inside and features a sharp logo. There is no indication that it is a knock off or a replica hoodie. It occasionally moans when being washed, however.
