Just What You Need: A rash guard made to accompany you on your journey. The Essential series was created to feel and perform like a high-end product while remaining affordable.
Sanabul Essentials has a classic, uncluttered style that you can wear with confidence on your first day or when switching to a cleaner look. These rashguards are also sanctioned by the IBJJF.
Sanabul is endorsed by some of the world's best competitors, including BJJ black belt Guilherme Bomba and legendary Jiu Jitsu coach John Danaher. They put our designs to the test so you can be confident that what you're wearing is as tough as you are. Treatment of the fabric ensures a longer service life and a cleaner training environment.
Other rash guards restrict your movement and overheat your body, so this one is built to perform. Sanabul's mesh underarms and gradual compression keep you agile while also allowing you to breathe better.
UV SPF 50 protection has been added to our rash guards, allowing you to wear them to the beach or on the trail.

Is it possible to use these for scuba diving?

That's what I believe. They're great under my wetsuit and I use them for surfing. I've never tried scuba diving, so I'm not sure if wetsuits are the same.

My height is 6'0" and my weight is 200 pounds. I weigh 205 pounds. I'm not sure what size to order. ?

If you want it to be fitted, go with the large size; if you want it to be a little looser, go with the xl size.

For BJJ and other sports, this is an excellent rash guard
5/5

I purchased this to use in both my Gi and No-Gi BJJ classes. Gi class. Advantages: br>br>
- The medium (5'10" 160lbs) is a perfect fit for me. br>- It's extremely stretchy and appears to be able to withstand a lot of wear and tear. br>- Two- Sanabul logo is blacked out in a two-tone colorway with simple graphics. br>- Cool stitching in the shape of a reverse "V" beneath the armpit (looks great with your arms up)br>br>Cons:
- There aren't any that I've been able to locate - I'll update this review if I find any flaws later. br>br>I strongly recommend this rash guard for practice or competition.

RANK rash guards in a nice color scheme
5/5

I'd say it's a minor detail, but it's worth noting. It's designed to be compression-fit, so it'll fit snugly. That said, I'm 5'10" and weigh around 155 lbs (male) and ordered a medium. The medium is exactly what I was looking for. chest and upper arms are constricted I eventually upgraded to a large, which is slightly more comfortable while still being snug (but not too tight). br>br>I've used these in six BJJ classes (for a total of about eight hours) and they've performed admirably. I wear a medium under my Gi and a large when I'm not wearing it. They're tough, stretchy, and do a great job of preventing Gi burn on my elbows. br>br>One IMPORTANT point to keep in mind: These are RANK COLOR rash guards, which my wife (who is 5'2" and 140 pounds) and I discovered last night. We hadn't noticed it before, but once you know, it's pretty obvious. White, blue, purple, brown, and black are some of the colors that can be found. Because she bought a brown sleeved rash guard, someone in our gym asked if she was a brown belt; keep this in mind if your gym or tournament has rules about wearing the color that corresponds to your rank.

The fabric bleeds, and the fit is merely adequate
3/5

Warning! The ink bleeds all over the blue rash guard! It won't work on light-colored gym mats because it will bleed and stain them. I was irritated by how shabby the mats appeared. No, I need to figure out how to get them clean. br>br>This rash guard is merely adequate. The shoulders are a little too small. The fabric is fine, with some mesh/fabric in the armpits to help with sweating. br>br>The color bleeding is my main gripe. Wear it on the mats only after it's been washed several times in hot water. The ink bled through the shoulders beneath the fabric, as you can see in the photo.

In the body, it's loose
4/5

This is a BJJ rash guard that I purchased. It appears to be sturdy, and the side vents are a nice touch for keeping you cool. However, I'm a regular guy (5'10", 205) with a round middle, and I've noticed that while the arms are disproportionately tight, the body is disproportionately loose. It's nice and comfortable, but I'll wear one of my other rash guards on occasion.

The product is good; it wicks moisture and breathes well, and it keeps friction to a minimum while grappeling and training
4/5

However, the mesh material used in the armpits clings to the skin and hirts like a sore thumb at times. When doing armbar escapes, this is especially important. It's the rashguard's only flaw, along with the fact that the inside decal with the size and brand came off almost instantly, but that's beside the point. Aside from that, it's a good product that does the job.

Good fit
5/5

I'm about 200 pounds and stand 67 inches tall. In normal clothes, I wear a large, so I ordered an XL. It fits perfectly, and the armpit area is made of a soft mesh fabric, so I didn't get armpit burn during practice. I hope this has been of assistance.

I'm 6'2" and ordered a large, and it fits perfectly; the fabric quality is good, and I've had no problems with it in the few months I've had it
5/5

I believe some other reviewers mentioned that the internal sizing prints fade over time, which is true, but it has no bearing on the fabric's performance. Given how well this rash guard performs, I can't see myself buying more expensive rash guards in the future. It also washes easily and does not retain odor.

The compression and fit are excellent
5/5

This garment is lightweight and provides adequate compression. I'm 5'-0" and the fit is accurate according to the size chart. Medium build (ten inches). 175lbs. This allows me to move freely while also providing the ideal amount of compression to help prevent injuries. I use elbow compression sleeves for extra support because the material is too light to provide that level of stability to the elbows. The fabric is smooth and does not irritate my skin the way some compression fabrics do. So far, the only drawback is that the left sleeve is unraveling. It hasn't unraveled because I haven't used it frequently or extensively enough. As a result, it's most likely a factory quality control issue.
