To me, those sizes are comparable to women's sizes; the M is comparable to a women's size S.
Purchase these items at your own risk. Mine came in two sizes, both of which were far too small. One of the most disappointing Amazon purchases I've ever made.
They are only available in the prepackaged options shown.

I recently had third-degree burns on my chest and arms, and the doctors advised me to wear compression shirts to help the scars heal more quickly. These shirts were chosen because I didn't have much money left over after all of the medical expenses, but they weren't worth it in my case. For a few uses, they worked well, but the shirts quickly lost their compression properties. They had all loosened up and were no longer compressing as they should have been after a week. br>However, the fabric is extremely comfortable, and they appear to be well constructed. Unfortunately, they did not meet my expectations, but if you're looking for a basic undershirt, this is the one for you.
In fact, these shirts were a little bigger than my Under Armour tees. In comparison to the Under Armour Heat Gear Compression shirts, these shirts DO NOT run small. In fact, all three were identical, with the forearms being larger than the Under Armour sleeves. I'm not sure what other reviewers were comparing these to, but they were slightly larger than Under Armour compression shirts. However, I purchased these to protect my skin while pushing a lawn mower. I'm looking for bug and sun protection. When I push mow my lawn, I can sweat up to 7 lbs of sweat, and cotton shirts become disgusting after that. These keep you cooler than bare skin and ensure that you are comfortable at all times.
It's light and airy, but it's tough enough to withstand dozens of washes. br> I was so impressed with the first set that I ordered a second.
I did order a size larger than I normally wear because I didn't want to use it as a true compression shirt; instead, I wanted to use it as a stylish sun protection shirt. It also does a great job of wicking away sweat and has a cooling effect when there's a breeze. Overall, it appears to be a well-made product with durable materials that should last a long time.
This compression shirt is just as good for a fraction of the cost; I couldn't find a compression shirt for less than $60 in any retail store, but I found three for less than $30. DEVOPS is a fantastic company. You will not be dissatisfied with your purchase. I didn't think so.
These were fantastic for a fishing trip I went on. We were out from sunrise to sunset, and they kept my upper body out of the sun while also keeping me cool. For four days in a row, it was 85 degrees and completely sunny, but the clouds made it feel much cooler. I would strongly advise you to use these for any outdoor work or play that you have planned. They do, however, run a little small (I ordered an XL and usually wear a L, but they were still too small).
These aren't tiny; they're in the middle range. Purchase a single rather than a three-pack to give it a try. They have a large population! Materials are very nice. br> Fun big.
I was looking for a good alternative to solar block after reading about all of the problems with it and having to work outside. Unlike straight cotton fabrics, this material breathes well and is better at causing a natural evaporative effect, plus it provides at least as much protection as SPF 50.
