As with most on this site, it is made by BMF wallets. All they differ from each other is that they stamped licensed by Miramax 2018 LLC. It has not been licensed yet, so it cannot be used this year. In contrast to Miramax Pictures, which is an llc, Two Miramax Pictures is not. BFM wallets is the owner of Miramax llc, as found by a quick Google search.
