The design and the color are very appealing to me. There is only one part of the zipper that seems useless the coin compartment in the outside zipper. As a first attempt, I thought I would use it to keep extra credit cards inside, but it wasn't big enough. However, unlike what I thought it would be, it isn't described as being for that function, although I was hoping other than that. It has a high point on the zipper pull on the outside, causing the zipper to tear your pants if you put your wallet there. Aside from that, the wallet is very nice. The old wallet still had some items in it that had to go as this new wallet can't fold and stay closed when full. If it is too full it is pretty stiff.
