The price is reasonable for what you get

Buying this tie for my daughter, who wears a uniform in high school, was quite easy. The height and weight of the girl are about 5'9'' and 140 pounds, and the dress fits fine. It is not particularly thick, but it doesn't need to be. I are able to embroider a school logo on it since it is of decent quality / thickness. I also liked the adjustment feature since it was easy to use.

I used it for my Ravenclaw costume, and it worked great

Using this tie for my Ravenclaw costume (since the colors differed from the book to the movie, and I wanted to be true to the book). The colours from fabric paint worked well together, and the paint remained on the fabric for a long time.

Material with a shine. It might make sense to spend a bit more on a formal event. The tie definitely looked like an inexpensive one. In other words, it would be perfect for a less formal event or costume.

It's not the first time that I've used these old zipper ties. It works well with this tie. There have been times when my zipper has become stuck when using the old zipper ties. Using this tie is easy since it works with a clamping mechanism.
