The hat on my boyfriend's head and the shirt he's wearing I've got my hat on. The packaging for my hat was large and sturdy, with the hat mold inside and clear plastic wrapping the brim. The box also had a thick piece of cardboard around the brim for extra structural support. On the other hand, his hat was too large, looked more like a cowboy hat than a fedora and was not packaged properly. I'm in love with.

When I picked up the fedora, the base had been bent up and the rim had been lifted right off. To fix this, I will have to choose a new wrap and steam it to see if I can restore the shape.
