Hello! The Rambler Hat's XL size can accommodate a 24-inch head. The diameter is 24 1/2".
This Lid has received numerous compliments; however, ladies, this is a player's hat, and all men wear it.
I'm a size 7 1/4, and a medium is slightly too big for me. I believe it would be an excellent match for you.
I purchased a medium and it fits perfectly. I am a size 71/4.

The hat's design, size, and fit are all fine, but it came in a plastic bag and initially refused to return to its intended shape. I'm working on reshaping it, but it's still not where it should be. The hat was not described in any way.
This hat had the potential to be a good one, but it arrived completely rolled up like a sleeping bag. I haven't been able to reshape it and will have to have it professionally done, which will increase my total cost. I bought another one on here and it arrived carefully wrapped and perfect; why would I want a misshapen hat? This is the first time I've ever gotten a hat that was rolled up like this.
It was crammed into a bag and shipped. BUT, because it's high-quality wool, I was able to quickly reshape it with a little steam from the tea kettle. Because the one I bought had been returned, I was able to get it for about half the price, so it was definitely worth it. worth it. The smaller brim is one of my favorite features of this hat. It allows me to shoot my bow more easily while wearing it.
I 'unveiled' it for my wife and grandson today after it arrived. They enjoyed it as well. I'm sick of wearing ball caps to hide my receding hairline. "That looks like it was expensive," my wife said (with a sneer). Of course, it wasn't. I like the way it looks, and I'm very pleased with my purchase.
I ordered this hat in a large before Christmas, knowing I wouldn't be able to wear it until after the holidays. That wasn't a problem for me. The large was packaged in a sturdy box with a head form to keep it upright. My husband wears a 7 1/2 in hats and the large was too small for him, so I had to exchange it for the XL, which fits perfectly. The replacement hat, on the other hand, arrived in a plastic bag, stuffed into our mailbox. We needed to decide whether or not to keep the crumpled hat. We kept it because it's a lovely hat, and I was able to steam it and reshape it sufficiently to wear it. Hats should be packed in a box, either by the company or by Amazon.
Indentations on the crown are now irregular and asymmetrical. I'm not sure what I can do to get it back in shape.
This hat has made me very happy. The medium is, in fact, a medium, and it fits perfectly. Although the color was not my first choice, it worked out because olive goes with everything. The felt is thick enough to keep you warm without being too bulky. The dents are easily removed after a crushing. It's well-made, and I'm looking forward to using it for many years.
' This hat has a great overall quality and can withstand almost any situation. I flew my grandchildren back to California for Thanksgiving (just the two of them on the plane), and apparently I left my hat in the driver's seat on the way to the airport; I assumed I'd lost it somewhere along the line, and had pretty much given up on it until I returned to the airport and discovered it flattened like an accordion (or a pancake). It was back to its original shape and as good as new in less than a day!.
