The two that I like came with a nice plastic throw that keeps them from getting crushed in the shipping process so I can wear them when they get damp from rain or sweat, however, the black one did not come with that throw nor did I like the contrast from the white band I'm not a huge fan of the blue band on this hat, but I can get used to There is a sowing on top of it. Hats of this quality are hard to come by. Five different companies made hats I was interested in, and these were by far the best looking, most durable and most comfortable.
Throughout my life, I have had friends and strangers tell me, "that's a really cool hat. ".

Fedora 5 is a five-star product in my book. This hat is of excellent quality and really looks good. I am glad I purchased Although it was shipped via mail, it was enclosed in a plastic Amazon sealed bag/envelope packaging. Such a delicate straw type hat would be absolutely absurd to be shipped in an envelope by a company. That mailman was very lucky to meet me because I am sure he would have been trying to stuff it in The envelope would have been crushed if there had been any warning on the envelope. Since our neighborhood has those multiple residence mail boxes, it might have been lost. Thanks to my quick thinking, I caught it before it got damaged, which would mean that I would have to send it There are a lot of hats I've purchased, and they have all arrived in protective boxes. Whether the item is packable or not, I don't want to receive a bent up one.

The package was perfect when it arrived! The spacer/insert went inside the rim, but they had not included it. It was so exciting because now they are perfectly fit! It was also packed beautifully (I once received hats, just folded up in an envelope, that were completely destroyed in transit). Honestly, I believe this is my favorite hat (I also have a brown one that's similar to this one).
