No, as I have found the unisex ones to be somewhat unsuitable for men and women with larger heads. My head used to fit 180 degrees' hats, but they no longer do so with their unisex hats.
If not touching your hair or the top of your head, you should wear this at the back of your neck. There are lots of people who like this product because of that.
The answer is yes, in my opinion. They fit me well since I'm a small woman. A grandson of mine who is eight tried on these and they fitted him well. There is no way I can tell for certain, but I think he has an average size head. The one I have is great!

A version of this order was not to my liking last year, so I purchased it again this year. In comparison with the old ear warmer, the new one is thinner and smaller. Overall, I'd rate the 2015 version as a 5 out of 5. With 20 degrees in Michigan, I kept my ears nice and warm while wearing the ear warmer. There is no doubt that this would prevent it from dropping below zero. My ears would get hot from all the exercise and running that I do, so I had to take the headset off sometimes to keep them cool. The ratings will be changed once this latest issue has been resolved. Comparative images can be seen in the pictures below.
It does not resemble 180s were my favorite pair of sunglasses when I owned them earlier. The earmuffs are disposable and very nice. While you work, you can keep your head warm. About two months are required to complete it.
