It is only one half inch long. As of today, the ad for this item does not match the item that I ordered because I needed a second piece of belt for my belt set. I highly regret my decision. Amazon told me that its ad needs to be corrected, so I reached out to them.
1 15/32 inches and an eighth of an inch thickness. Dickey's pants and belts loop it without catching him up. I hope this helped you.
Approximately 46 would be enough for me. A fully adjustable belt makes things as easy as a squeeze. It is best to take your pant size into consideration when choosing your belt "length". In other words, if you wear a 54" belt, then it qualifies as 52. In an instance where you are wearing a 42 belt, pick the option that says 44".
Please order your next belt in that next size from your waist size since an upper belt would measure 42" from the start of the leather.

This is just another low. Great belt. Wow, terrible let down. Eight years ago, I bought this belt in black when I was 16. The belt I bought to be used with that belt can be found today. Despite all the years, it remains popular, heavy, and still attractive. Despite the wear, it also has the color and can still do almost any job. Now I wanted to get another one in an equally brown color as opposed to blue. After analyzing what other reviews had to say, I realized there was a slight difference in weight and thickness. In addition, it has a far better grip, in contrast to the old belt, which has a somewhat flimsy feel. Compared to the traditional belt, there are no holes and the metal clasps and protective ring have noticable metal noise, which is not recorded by the belt. It has been in my possession for over two weeks now and I'm constantly working on getting it back from my back with pushbacks by wearing it through pant loops. The leather in this belt already has noticable waves. While I am writing this, I saw the belt's outlines as these waves. It fit well, so I only had to bump the review up a notch. The longevity of this belt has not been established yet. When it comes to 2018, I paid less than in 2010 for this product. Nevertheless, I would prefer to pay double if I had the belt I desired. My old belt seems replaceable to me now that I have an entirely new one.
Genuine cowhide does not get woven into some of their products. My experiences with Dickies over the years have been fantastic. Having been disappointed for the first time, I am still here today. It didn't seem that bad when I first saw the black belt named "100% Leather". The double prong design ensures quality and longevity. It is a "bonded" leather for a great budget. I had originally anticipated it to last a long time. However, after about two weeks, after fitting all items perfectly, I was impressed that this leather is cheaply made. It is not clear where the laminated leather comes from. Having only been worn by about ten people, this belt is nothing more than cheap jewelry at the dollar store. There are many reviews which claim that the product is really genuine long grain cowhide, which I need to replace and get a new Belt.
cheap. I find this to be very disappointing. A good number of real leather belts have been my possession, I must say I'm 48. I wanted this belt so badly. The coating on my skin has been peeling off for two weeks and I just had it. Some odd synthetic material lies underneath. It's probably not leather at all. There's nothing real about it and there's nothing accurate about it. Posts will be made and I'll return them as soon as possible.
Since the beginning of September, I've been wearing this belt three times every day. There are no rips or tears or signs of weakness so far. This item is comfortable, strong, and breathable. This belt fits me best in a size 42, since I am a size 38 pant. Work in appliance repair, so I deal with plenty of bending and kneeling, plus lots of driving all the time. I don't really care for the belt, except for occasionally driving past it and blaming my gut rather than the belt for it. A great belt at a great price. Definitely worth the money. I have updated my update six week (6. 2017): At the end of this first year, the belt is still looking very good. There is no sign of weakness or rips to the body. I wear pretty much anything on a day-to-day basis. It is highly recommended.
Leather was visible in the center of the box. It was my idea to buy this belt after purchasing the original Dickie's belt which still looked fine for me (and I actually liked it). These belts seem close to being painted over/covered black when I received them. thought the use of suede would possibly improve the strength of leather and since the back of the belt is suede-like on both sides, as well as the outside on the outside, my belt did not have a properly crafted leather top. If they are just an inferior imitation belt by Dickies, these could not possibly be genuine brand belts, so either they were accidentally made by one of these Dickies quality control departments. It is unknown to me at the moment. However, the leather looks like it will become spotted suede after molting.
What's it another can you say? The thing I do most often when I am purchasing is do research, read reviews, etc. Having said all that, perhaps not enough to keep up with all the facts about this belt. There are variations on what size this shoe should fit, with some saying it fits properly, while others recommend adding an extra inch and with the description suggesting belts as well. Due to my inconsistent waist size range, I'll probably order a 36" belt. I believe, however, that the belt is the belt because I can only achieve a couple of inches outside my first pocket in my new belt. Amazon's return policy, at least in this case, is perfect. After returning, printing, packing, and dropping it off at UPS and getting back to me, I had a credit for Amazon. As I have already added that much length to it, I will only install it using a 38 inch belt. Belts are available in a nice leather (in not too stiff state either) and a nice finish that has a matte finish and is evenly tanned, and the buckle is metal with a matte finish. If I had to choose between several nicer expensive belt brands, this would get it over them in quality (and in appearance). There's a lot I do it on and around using my belts, so it'll be nice to see how it holds up with that bending and twisting, but it shouldn't cause any problems. The 38mm strap is over a little under 1 inch across, so you don I'm not confident I'd wear another pair of belts that's as snug as those I wear every day for the same reasons. I hope this helps.
Having been a Dickies customer for a long time, I've been loyal there. Over the years, I have purchased a lot of items at Dickie's. It isn't enough that this belt is as far inferior as I expected from Dickies that I wouldn't buy this belt or anywhere from any or all of their products again. The thing can't be seen even if you are right there. It is not as if leather is what this stuff is made of. There is no doubt, this belt will not fail on me yet. I don't trust it. It doesn't seem cheap, it doesn't look cheap, and I think it's not a good deal. Is something out there that makes their old belts clear leather, but this? This claim cannot be made by me. It has been at least a year since I have seen a steady decline in the quality control or overall value of the Dickies goods and I would rather have them elsewhere so I know they are worth buying.
