Despite its small size, the box contained only one piece of paper. It is too damaged to be glued back together due to the way it snapped. If you live in America, you may have better chances than I do because I live in Europe. The product would have been perfect had it not been damaged when it arrived. As I am in Europe, I do not have time to order a new one before I need it for an event. There are no words to describe how disappointed I am. Buying again will never be an option for me.

As you can see, the first one came with the handle broken off, however Amazon was willing to get me a replacement as quickly as possible. An umbrella like this should not be used while it's raining. The piece is a period piece of linen with beautiful designs that have cutouts. It's very dainty and If I had to choose between a wooden handle and metal handle, I would have preferred the wooden handle. Although it could have used some plastic to make it look more Edwardian, I would recommend it and if you're looking for period pieces, this is great.
