I ordered a size up after reading that it ran small in the reviews. These tees are a colossal size! I kept them because they are of good quality and a reasonable price, but I'm hoping they shrink in the wash!.
At the very least, sizing up is advised. I adore the softness of the shirt, and the collar is stunning. It has a slim fit and would look great with uniforms as well as everyday wear (dresses, rompers, cardigans, and so on). However, the little one who normally wears a 2T is wearing a 4 in this top, and there is no room for growth. The baby is 34 inches tall and weighs about 26 pounds, so it's a tight fit. Overall, I'd buy it again, but not for less than a 4 star rating.
I was hoping it would also be a great addition to my wardrobe. My granddaughter is a strong swimmer who usually wears a size 12 in her swimsuit. She also has extremely sensitive skin and refuses to wear anything that isn't ultra-soft. We were very pleased with the shirt's quality and thickness; it's well-made, extremely soft, and the size 12-inch fits perfectly. 14 was a perfect fit for her, and she now wears it as part of her school uniform. I would purchase this item again.
I was pleasantly surprised. I like the style on little girls instead of the standard polo because it has a thicker weave and seems like it will last. We used to buy the same style from Land's End, but the quality had degraded. This is a step up. Our only suggestion is that they be available in long sleeve versions. My daughters wear these with their school uniforms, and in the winter, they must always layer with a cardigan.
This is an excellent match. It's not at all sheer, and the little Peter Pan collar goes perfectly with my daughter's romper. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.

As others have stated, these run small; my little one wears a size 6 and I had to order a size 7/8, so size up. Overall, nice soft material and adorable collar. I would strongly suggest it.
