Make sure the measurements are accurate

The size L was the basis for my purchase. I should've double-checked the sizes of the numbers. The majority of Ms are 10/12, but for some reason, a L is referred to as 10/12 rather than 14/16. My daughters couldn't wear these because they were too small.
