Having a daughter and a son, I have been buying Rufflebutts since my first child was born. When your little one needs to use the potty, they are very functional, as there is no crisscrossing and they are easy to put on and take off. There is FULL COVERAGE on the bottoms! The other brands are too "sparkly" for this age group, and I can't tell you how many others are. As well as their designs, they do a great job! The two of them have different skin colors, and each has different blue eyes and different brown eyes that go well with each other. This brand has never let me down, I am always getting compliments on these shoes, and I will continue purchasing them until my girls are too big to fit in. The size runs a little true to size. It's great because they don't change their patterns this time of year, so we can recycle and add so my girls look coordinated, which is also super cute!.

For a bathing suit, I believe it is true to size (I purchased a 4T bathing suit for my daughter, who wears a 3T if she wants to wear some clothing but a 4T if she wants to wear other clothes!
