It's not even close to being water resistant. Even with her snow pants covering her feet, my toddler's poor little feet were soaked wet when I removed them after an hour of use. These boots are not at all something I would recommend.

Boots for kids that are fantastic! These are excellent children's boots; however, as my children grow older, I am unwilling to pay more than $50 for them

For a season's worth of boots, they'll pay $70. After reading the reviews, I decided to give these a try. They are extremely popular among my children. They are extremely warm, wear well, and are extremely comfortable. These are for my 9-year-old son, and I also purchased a pink pair for my 6-year-old daughter. We live in Minnesota, so it's cold, and they've managed to keep them quite warm!.

Waterproofing is not an option

The reviews convinced me to buy these boots. They *appear* to be in excellent condition, and my daughter claims that they are extremely comfortable. And while they were fine during the first small snowfall (maybe an inch), her feet were completely soaked during the second snowfall (roughly two inches). The boots have become extremely heavy and are no longer functional. Given that this is a major issue for us, I am astounded by the positive feedback. Now it's time to start looking for new boots in December. Very dissatisfied.

Warmth comes from the fur. Keep in mind that, for some reason, the insole isn't glued down. So, to keep it in place, I'll probably use hot glue. That isn't a deal-breaker, though. These are so warm and inviting! The weight isn't too much. br>*update* I used these for the first time in the snow, and they kept my daughter's feet warm and dry even in slushy, wet conditions! I strongly suggest it.

They're fantastic

They're true to size, and my son wants to wear them all the time. I can't say how well they hold up in wet conditions because it hasn't started snowing yet, but they are extremely warm and comfortable when dry. To aid in grip, they have a thick tread on the bottom. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> My son has worn these out in the snow several times now, and they have performed admirably. His toes have remained warm and dry throughout the day. This purchase has made me extremely happy.

We've tried a lot of different brands, and these boots are by far the best in terms of quality. I was concerned about the velcro, but it holds up well! I've never seen a shoe that is as strong as this one. br>br>However, the fact that they can be worn over my son's orthotics (Surestep SMOs) makes them even more appealing. It was difficult for me to find winter boots that opened far enough for him. Overall, these are fantastic. br>br> I can't say enough about how much I like these.

Cute snow boots that lasted all winter with regular use

These boots were only supposed to be worn outside while my daughter was at school. Instead, she fell in love with them and began to wear them on a daily basis. She is extremely picky about how shoes fit and feel on her feet. These were extremely comfortable and simple to put on and take off for her. Be aware that the inner footbed will eventually degrade, but given how often she wore these boots, this seemed natural. Because these boots don't breathe or wick sweat like Uggs, her feet stank a lot more when she wore them, so I took extra precautions to keep her feet clean. These boots were reasonably priced and well worth it!.

Snow boots that are both cute and durable

We intend to spend more time in the snow this winter, so I bought this pair of snow boots for my 5-year-old son. I ordered a size 10 because he is currently wearing a US size 10 in the United States. 5 if he'll be wearing thick socks. The size is perfect, and there is still enough room for thicker socks, which is exactly what I wanted. The cute style and color appeal to my son. The quality appears to be good, and the soles appear to be sturdy, but he has yet to put them on, so we'll have to wait until he does.

These were INCREDIBLY effective; It is impossible to overestimate the significance of this. Over the course of nearly two months, near-perfect results have been achieved.
